The setting was nice, the rooms were reasonably large and the bathrooms were large. The bed was a good size. The gardner was a kind person who took time to tell me about the plants. The wine list was good, the service was good the food was not good.

The drainage from the bathroom was slow, there was a very bad smell of sewage in the hallway outside our room (26). The decor of the room was strange it could not decide if it was a Spanish villa or a French chateau. We did not feel we were staying in a beautiful Chateau, but in a characterless room in a block, where we could hear all the bathroom noises of the room above. Breakfast should be included in the room rate (e 100 per night) There was nowhere to hang wet clothes up to dry ( and it did rain) It would be nice to have an area inside the chateau to sit, drink, read and socialise. The food was poor. I was surprised to find the same crude salad cream coated lettuce from my first course appearing on the plate amongst the hot food of my main course. It would have been nice to have fresh vegetables

Butiful place, friendly staff, great location, facilities and value for money

Beautiful location. Stunning Chateau. We stayed in the new purpose built accomodation outside the Chateau - lovely rooms , very large, and spotlessly clean with nice fittings and furniture. The quality of the breakfast was very good and the evening meal was excellent and served in the lovely dining room. Staff could not have been more helpful. Nice walks around the surrounding gardens. I would most definitely return to this beautiful chateau which is in the perfect location for exploration of the Omaha and Utah Beaches, and also Ste-Mere-Eglise.

I thought that the Chateau was faultless.

La chambre était parfaite: grande, spacieuse et très calme.

Le diner !! il m'a semblé inadmissible de proposer du rôti de porc ou de la roussette dans un menu à 35 € .... Par contre la salle à manger est parfaite et le service très convenable.

Le calme , le silence, l'autanticité ont été tres propices à ce week end de repos pour l'environnement.un confotr trés appréciable pour des chambres et salles de bains trés spacieuses.

De inrit, vlak naast de kerk van Quinéville, brengt je langs een groene, kronkelende weg naar het domein met een 2000-jarige geschiedenis, nl. vanaf de Gallo-Romeinse tijd. Het kasteeltje zelf, gebouwd in 1712 op de grondvesten van een vroeger kasteel uit de 12-de en 13-de eeuw, geeft zijn geheimen prijs in een mooi boekje die men ter plaatse kan kopen. Alles ademt rust uit. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de romantische slaapkamers en de gezellige eetplaats met brandende open haard. Dit was reeds ons 2-de bezoek.

Nous avons aimé le cadre.Les chambres étaient très spacieuses et la salle de bain aussi.La décoration manquait un peu de personnalité vu le cadre.Par contre la salle de réception avait un charme un peu désuet mais qui correspondait bien au cadre.Le parc était très beau. Par contre l'accueil était un peu froid (le monsieur n'était pas très souriant);En salle ,les serveuses étaient aimables.Repas copieux et bons. Par contre la wifi(Internet)était annoncée et ne marchait pas et les communiquations par téléphones portables difficiles. En bref:Bon rapport qualité /prix

Cadre historique mais aménagments et décors datent des années 1970; literie et salle de bains comprises. Piscine et salle de sports vétustes; cuisine traditionnelle mais passable sans plus.dommage car le personnel est accueillant et souriant;
