Beautiful setting, lovely room, extremely kind staff, excellent breakfasts (and nice to share breakfast in the chateau with the other guests), easy to get to Tours and other chateaux and attractions round about.

The rooms, bed, breakfast, hosts, grounds...perfect for a relaxing break. Great recommendations of where to eat. We would definitely go back!

Would have liked the pool to be heated during our stay as it was a little too cool for me. However this didn't put others off from using it and it would not stop us from staying there again.

The host and housekeeper are very kind and warm. The home-made breakfast is good. The yard is very quite and very big. We felt very comfortable with the old trees and grassland. There are Pingpong table and soccer pitch(mini) in the yard. We played a while. Unforgettable!

No shower curtain. The shower water splashed outside and made the floor wet.

The castle is a gorgeous property set in a magnificent mature garden. The rooms are located in converted stables, very well appointed and tastefully decorated by the beautiful and welcoming lady owner. The manager is very helpful. Guests have access to 2 rooms in the castle (dining room for breakfast and reading room) as well as the extensive grounds and terrace. The only draw back is that Wifi is only accessible in the castle, not in the rooms. But rooms have internet through cable for computers. Other than that, it is the perfect relaxing and distinguished stop on your way to enjoying your visits of nearby castles.

Location and gardens are beautiful. Communal breakfast around a grand chateau table. Fantastic service and all round experience

The Wi-Fi could have been more extensive, but then again it was fantastic to be 'off the grid' with the exception of the main chateau rooms,

Everything. We stayed here for 12 days as a base to visit the chateaux, couldn't have asked for more as our rating shows.

A fairytale castle setting, very quiet and a kind and welcoming host. The rooms are in an outbuilding and very nicely decorated. Breakfast served in the main house grand room was delicious. The landladies' suggestion for a restaurant nearby was perfect. It was the perfect stay. Thanks.
