Beautiful and peaceful area away from Narbonne Plage. Lovely buildings set in acres of vin yards. Basic facilities in the bed room. Only mirrors in bathroom nothing in the room itself. Little room to store baggage, no fridge or hairdryer. |

The receptionist who checked us in-nothing else. The tiles in our room were filthy, I asked for them to be cleaned and 24 hours later they were still as dirty, when I again mentioned this at reception I was told 'well I asked the maid'. There were chips out of the walls and a couple of damp patches in the bedroom. The pool was too dirty to swim in, again we were told it would be cleaned on Monday, the day we left! We specifically checked it had wifi before booking as my husband needed to use his laptop extensively whilst there-not only did the wifi not work but our mobiles had no reception unless we stood at the top of the car park some considerable distance from our room! We booked to eat in the restaurant and waited 15 minutes from being seated before even being asked if we would like some water never mind what wine or food we wanted! We also had to wait 45 minutes to talk about the wine in the tasting room because he was 'cashing up the till' when he eventually did talk to us it was done very begrudgingly. |

Hotel is located in the vineyard. High quality wine and meal are available at reasonable price. Staff are very kind and friendly. There is few choice to have a meal outside of the hotel. Only way to get it is in the coast side which located about 5km away from the hotel. But I think that it is a small problem if you compare it with its hospitality. |

Very friendly and helpful greeting, wine bar to try different wines of the proprietor's vineyards, quality of the rooms and the overall establishment, which has clearly been carefully designed, plus fabulous views from the restaurant. Breakfast would benefit from wider choice |

The hotel was in a beautiful location and very easy to get to. I loved the contemporary ambience in the old setting. A cuople of small things that may have become more of an issue if I had been staying longer: 1. Could really have done with a well lit long mirror in the room. The bathroom mirror was not great for putting makeup on. 2. As in every hotel I have ever been in, the hairdryers are just not powerful enough. |

The setting The room lacked hairdryer, mirror, bin and an extractor fan in the toilet. The maid service was appalling and bed (especially the pillows) was uncomfortable. The entertainment system was pointless as it contained no movies or music in it's on demand library. |

Very nice location and great compound. Great for oenophiles. Breakfast for children under 12 is free. Reception only interested to sell extra services. We had a junior suite for parents and two children. The small room for the children has no window or air supply. Very bad experience with housekeeping: when asked they refused to prepare the children's beds so we had to move the furniture and build up everything ourselves. Only 3 towels in a room for 4. No bottle opener. Poor air conditioning. |

The hotel is beautiful and the surroundings are fab. The hotel upgraded us because we were on our honeymoon which was a lovely treat and very nice of them. The hotel is in a vineyard and they have wine tasting on the premises. It was a lovely and very relaxing stay The hotel is 6 km from the beach and 7 km from the town of Narbonne so you would definitely need a car. |

The hotel was excellent but.... The hotel was excellent but the service at their restaurant was deplorable. We waited 1.5 hours from entree to main course which was served stone cold. We had to repeattedly ask for service. Too bad but the lamb tasted excellent even cold. |

Since almost all rooms had a name after the owners wine, a bottle of wine with the same name as the room was included :). At the hotel you can also test and by all the wine, which is nice if you like to try a special wine before dinner. Otherwise the normally have a 3 course meny for 26€ including a wine buffert. Note that the quality can vary and discussing with ither guest saturday night= best 14€ for breakfast is in general expensive but it was a good selection of hot and cold food. |

nice setting, and wonderful food and wine hotel staff didn't know much about the area (ie the hiking trails promoted by the hotel) but the staff were pleasant. hotel should consider a breakfast buffet. |

The location is great, and the site is very charming. The restaurant was very good and the menu complet a good bargain, especially with the buffet of wines. The internet access was terrible, you should either improve it or not advertise it. Likewise the offer of bikes was not much use given the nature of the roads and the risks in riding anywhere. It would be very useful to have hiking maps. The location makes it difficult to find breakfast other than in the hotel. The breakfast service was slow, and it was not clear what was available other than the croissants etc on the table. You would be better off to include the cost of breakfast, and provide a buffet with a selection of items so people can help themselves, without the long waits and the need to ask for anything extra. |

The location. It was exactly what we were looking for. The food and service was excellent. An extra mirror in the room would be good (although there was one in the bathroom) |
