A lovely big comfortable bed. Helpful friendly staff. Quiet even thou we were on street front. Good location.
No tea making facilities. But this is typical of France.
Friendly staff Entry to old town across the street Bars & restaurants on the same street Value for money
Nothing to dislike
Great location Great breakfast Friendly personable staff.
No parking near the hotel; however, free public parking a ten-minute walk from the hotel.
Superieur room was OK. standard room is awufully decorated.
Located in a very good position, just a 5 minutes walk from the city centre and the roman theatre. The room is clean. Parking only if you pay. The staff is very friendly.
The room is clean but needs some redecorating.
The location close to the city centre, and the garage. The room was ready when we came at 11.30, which was very convenient. Breakfast was fine.
The room was small, hardly Space for luggage, of which we kept a part in the car. The bed was not comfortable, because it was equipped with an extra sheet with plastic covering. It is like sleeping on a plastic bag. You have to sleep on top of the blanket to keep comfort, if it is warm enough.
- private parking, but very small (reservation recommended) - great breakfast
Easy walking distance into town; friendly, helpful staff; really convenient having garage parking available.
would have been nice to have a fridge and kettle in the room
Good location (10 minutes walking of city center, old town and monuments) and very well comunicated with autoroute. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Old fashioned room (look of the 80's), but clean and wide.
Traditional markets right at the front door on Saturday. Arles history
Outstanding photos of wild horses from Camargue all over hôtel. Very attractive modernising of older facility. Excellent helpful staff. Excellent breakfast choices.
Neighborhood is a little seedy.
(Reception) Very kind, informative and helpful (Location) close to arena and amphitheater
(Facilities) No refrigerator
Nice stuff. .
Very small room and non comfort beads
The guy at reception was brilliant!
Plumbing - showers and sinks not working.
The staff stand out first, they were friendly, effiecient, informative. I usually prefer hotels with 24 hour reception, but this hotel was centrally located and Arles is a safe place to be about at night, so using a code to let yourself in to the hotel after hours was acceptable. Everyone mentions the dated decor but I think the furniture in my room was absolutely beautiful and I wouldn't change it. Within walking distance to most of the notable place in the old town and close to the tourist office. Markets days in the main street on Wednesdays and Saturdays is amazing. This is my second trip to Arles and I will certainly return.
Ideal place for visiting Arles, easy walk to see interesting sites. Garage parking.
Rooms a little dated, but fine for overnight stop.
good for a low budget hotel about 10 minutes walk from Forum plaza and all the centre Staff was very friendly and helped us with all we needed
interior little bit old style parking cost money breakfast too pricy (10 euro per person)
The staff comes to mind first, friendly and efficient. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, the bathrooms are clean and a pleasure to use, I saw beautiful sunsets from my bedroom window. The location was excellent, right in the main street, lots of restaurants and shops close by. Lovely walks and even if a distance away, if you don't mind walking, you could walk to the river and to the station. I have been to Arles before and will return in the future.
Decent hotel, good value for money
Friendly and helpful welcome. Excellent breakfast. Central.
Secure car parking was available and could be booked, but we were not made aware of this when booking.
It is a central hotel but basic. Good location . The free mini van to the train station came in handy.
If you are with luggage please note that buses from the train station stop round 6p.m. and taxis are not always available, otherwise, the city can easily be reached on foot.
The staff was wonderful and spoke great English. They were very accommodating when I wanted to cancel my second night.
Don't expect more than a bed and a bath. The room was dated and pokey. So many rooms are adding a mini fridge. Not here. Red carpet that made it really dated. No soaps or any other little perks. I mean bare bones. Perhaps Arles is on general expensive so this is a find, but I disliked it so much I canceled my second night. Super budget.
Location is not bad
The staff were friendly and had a good shower
Very basic rooms and dated,
Close to everything in the city. Easy to reach from the motor way.
Quite a little room.
