Location; view; very helpful and accommodating staff; lovely ultra modern boutique style decor interestingly incorporated into a historic stone building Hotel new and still runing in; didn't have sufficient electrical outlets in room for our electronic age; didn't have enough waste paper baskets; no phone in room; inconvenience of parking facilities |

Lovely old character building with superbly designed modern conversion. Big bedroom and spacious bathroom. Central position, great view of the Roman arena. Some reception staff a little indifferent. Sometimes nobody around. |

The location is great, the room was large and clean. The receptionist was extremely helpful. The only problem could be the parking, but we offloaded the bags and parked the car in the public parking 3 minutes away (11.5 Euro/day). |
