Food and service was good in the restaurant and prices comparable with other hotels we stayed at. Quiet setting away from, but only a 10 minute walk into town. Bar prices were very high. The rooms smelled musty and needed updating/renovating. There was not enough information in the room about services etc. |

Accueil service hôtelier Aspect désuet et usé, pas frais du mobilier et de la décoration, lumière blafarde dans les couloirs (une ampoule sur deux est hors service!!!). L'accueil du restaurant...qui a tendance à mettre les chaises sur les tables 1 heure avant l'heure de fermeture et en présence des clients qui mangent! |

Hôtel vétuste. Mais les chambres vont être refaites. Contrairement à ce qu'indique le descriptif Booking.com, il n'est pas situé au bord de la Vienne. |

Houve um erro na reserva, reservei dois quartos e somente um estava disponível quando cheguei a meia noite. Foi adaptado um quarto pra 4 muito pequeno, muito sujo, cheirando a cigarro. Foi uma grande decepção. As pessoas foram amáveis. Quando chegamos havia um hospede com um cachorro gigante. Os quartos cheiravam mal, o hotel precisa de uma limpeza geral. Não recomendo. |

La situation, le calme Propreté douteuse, chambre non faite à 16 heures, impossible d'avoir un savon supplémentaire, lunette des toilettes cassée. Le matin dès 9 heures, plus de tasses ni de petites cuillères ... etc etc hôtel à fuir |

Vous etes accueilli avec le sourire un un grand professinalisme, le nouveau gerant (dpuis un an si j'ai bien compris) est à l'écoute des besoins de ses clients, ce qui en fait pour moi une excellent base pour les visites des vignes et chateaux de la régionDe plus j'ai vu les plans des nouvelles chambre qui vont amener un cachet plus moderne et plus cosy |

Gute ruhige Lage am Ortsrand des atmosphärischen mittelalterlichen Ortes Chinon. gute Restaurantauswahl, beste Lage für die Besichtigung der Loire-Schlösser. die Hotelzimmer bedürfen dringend einer Renovierung (Teppichboden stark zerschlissen usw.). Das angebotene Schwimmbad war nicht in Betrieb. Zimmer und Badezimmer war nicht beheizt, obwohl dies in den Abendstunden und Morgenstunden notwendig gewesen wäre. |
