Fraser Suites Le Claridge Champs-Elysées  

We booked One bed room Apartment for 4 nights (upto 4 Adults) and one studio Apt (1-2 Adults) for one night especially to take rest on the first day morning due to the mismatch of our Arrival time & Check-in time. Location--Great..nothing to beat Champs Elysees. Staff--Fantastic, they helped us more than professional travel desk people do. Hotel--Value for money with French tinge. The only blemish was the Pick up vehicle did not turn up and we had to take a Taxi after waiting one hour at the Airport. Plus the booking Dept charged the Credit Card on the day of booking (refundable booking). However, Hotel credited back part of amt when it was raised. Recommedable to others.

The Cleaning staff can take a little care of knocking the door before coming inside the room instead of assuming that no one, even if "Do not disturb" board is not put outside. However their work was good & the rooms were clean.

The staff was excellent. Great location and affordable price. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Kitchen enabled me to make tea/coffee as required. Fridge allowed storage of fresh milk. Travelled with one member of the family who cannot eat gluten (coeliacs disease). I was able to prepare sandwiches for him.

Great aparttment on the Champs Elysees, excellent service, accommodation suited to families. Very accomodating staff.

This apartment was in the perfect location right on the Chanps Elysee, shopping and restaurants at your doorstep and all the landmarks a 20 minute walk or 5 min train ride.Coming from Nice by train it was easy to get to from the train station,, just jump on the yelow metro to La defense, and get off at Franklin d Roosevelt St. The apartments themselves are beautifully appointed with fully eqipped kitchen and extremely large 38 sm of living space. The staff were extremely helpful and we found this one of the best hotels we have stayed in on our 6 weeks of travel. We spent 9 days there and thought it excellent value for money.

the bath room not comfortable because is two separeat location shower & sink in location and towlit in other location onr in one

Location location location!! Being in Paris for 2 days it was the best location to be in. Everything was in walking distance from hotel or if lazy mode metro is only 100 meters away. The room was very spacious clean comfortable friendy helpful staff everything you would expect from a 4* hotel I will be back for sure

Couldn't check into after 4pm but they did offer to keep our bags so we can explore the city!

Very central location, big rooms (especially for Paris), nice design and furniture. Most part of the rooms is very-very quiet, what is real surprise taking to consideration loud Champs-Elisee at the door. Normal kitchen with frigo and dishwash, what is very comfortable for staying with children.

Lack of staff at the desk, prepare to wait a long time to solve any question. Rooms need renovation. Cleanless is average.

Location in the central . Size of rooms and suites is very big which we like as Arabs, relaxation , hotel lock the interiour door that means it is very safty hotel. Easy chick in and out.

The suite bath room is separate from each other means body is far than shower , defferant places

Needs refurbishing top to bottom...dirtiness that can't be help obviously! A disgrace for a hotel situated on the Champs Elysee. I now understand why it was so inexpensive ! Next time I'll stick with the next door Marriott. Sorry.
