Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου.Το πρωινό είναι πολύ καλό και ποιοτικό. Δεν λειτουργούσε ο ανελκυστήρας και οι σκάλες θέλουν συντήρηση και βάψιμο οι διάδρομοι. |

Η καλύτερη τοποθεσία που μπορεί να βρεί κανείς στο Παρίσι! Ευγενέστατο και πρόθυμο προσωπικό, να μας δώσει ότι πληροφορία θα θέλαμε για το Παρίσι! Αρκετά πλούσιο πρωινό! Εξαιρετικά άνετο και ήσυχο δωμάτιο! Είχαμε ζητήσει τηλεφωνικός, δωμάτιο που να έχει θέα στην Champs-Elysees αλλά τελικά μας δώσατε δωμάτιο που έβλεπε στην αυλή του ξενοδοχείου παρ'ότι δεν είχατε πληρότητα στα δωμάτια! Επίσης δεν κατάλαβα γιατί ενώ κάναμε την κράτηση τον Σεπτέμβρη με τιμή 705 ευρώ (για τρεις νύχτες), μία εβδομάδα πριν το ταξίδι μας η τιμή είχε πέσει περίπου κατά 100 ευρώ! |

Location Unfortunately it was not disclosed on the information overview that some 2 bed apartments where duplex and we were travelling with young and mobile inquisitive children and allocated these duplex apartments rather than the 2 bed apartments without stairs. This was then not able to be changed when the issue was highlighted as dangerous in this age range. |

the location of the hotel was perfect ,it was comfortable they had poor service, when we needed iron and electical adaptor they asked us to come to the reception as nobody is available for sending anything to rooms, the chairs in the room were dirty and although the location was perfect it was noisy,we could not sleep saturday night |

Location and rooms are fairly spacious. Housekeeping improved since my last few visits, but was horrible the day before i leave. 1-Check-in time at 4pm is to late. |

it's only the location in champs-elysees!!! The staff at the reception were unpolite,took us almost an hour to check in the room since they were still cleaning it !!! not to forget that the check-in is at 4 and we came on time but nothing was ready. The bedroom app. is nice but toilet seat at the entrance and bathroom far away!!! |

The only good thing about this hotel is location. If you expect to have standard 4* star hotel services - this is not hotel to stay in (it is residential building). No minibar, no room service. Smelly corridors and rooms, dirty funiture. The staff is not helpful at all. Very poor breakfast. Please think twice before making decision to stay in Fraser Suites Le Claridge Champs-Elysées |
