Location Attitude of reception personnel. I experienced problems getting into to our room with electronic card key. I went down to rec. area again, I asked one personnel to accompany us. It took sometime to convince reception personnel, someone joined us but the key didn't work again even with hotel personnel. This was a very unfriednly experience after a long trip. |

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Cheap...cheap...cheap. Asked for additional packet of coffee and was told no!! For $500.00us you would think they could afford one additional packet of coffee! Day lobby staff was exceptional, night staff was rude. |

Superb Location, the staff was very helpful and the room was excellent value forr its size. Our double bed was 2 single beds just pushed together, with single sheets on each with nothing but a cover placed over them to make it look like it was a double bed. It was very uncomfortable, as the beds came further apart as each nught went on and we had broken sleep. The hotel was fully booked when I questioned this and therefore the staff couldn't relocate us. |

We liked everything about hotel location was excellent in the centre of paris great buzz outside, but yet very peaceful and restful inside, facilities were great. Hotel provided lots of toileteries and towels, had read review that towel were very short we had an fantastis stay, nice restaurant but if you want to selfcater supermarket in basement of Monprix 2nd on the left as you leave hotel. |
