L'ascensore non ha funzionato per un giorno e noi ci trovavamo al sesto piano. La sala colazioni è piccola e dovevamo aspettare molto.

Il wifi si staccava sempre

Consiglio le camere al primo piano che affacciano sui Campi Elisei,

La cosa migliore dell' hotel e' senza dubbio la centralissima posizione.

Abbiamo soggiornato per quattro giorni all'hotel fraser suites le claridge Champs Elisess e ci siamo stati benissimo!! siamo una famiglia con due bimbi di 10 e 6 anni e la posizione centralissima vicinissima alla linea gialla del metro è stata di grandissimo aiuto per spostarci nella massima comodità. La nostra super camera (due piani e due balconi) con vista Arco di trionfo e torre eifel era meravigliosa ... unico neo che mi sento di segnalare ma nel complesso è veramente una sciocchezza che gli champs elisee sono una via molto molto frequentata e quindi un po di rumero si sente ... ma ci sono anche camere che danno sull'interno ... ma secondo me la vista che avevamo ci ripagava ampiamente. Non abbiamo fatto mai colazione in hotel perchè era veramente carissima 19 euro gli adulti 9,5 i bambini ... ma 50 metri a lato ci sono due caffetterie fornitirsse di briosch e cappuccini da asporto ... e abbiamo risolto così il problema ... C'era una comodissima e pulitissima cucina ... ma non l'abbiamo mai utilizzata essendo in giro tutto il giorno!! Per noi è stato un soggiorno più che piacevole ...

The location was perfect...centered on the Champs-Elysees, tons of shopping, convenient to transportation, restaurants, clubs. Loved having a small kitchenette..

Remodeling was occurring, which made sleeping in impossible. Staff should have alerted guests...not a pleasant way to wake up

Location, presentation, accommodation, style, acoustic insulation but probably best were the staff on the reception - excellent.

Gluten Free!!!!! I suffer from Coeliac disease and need absolute Gluten Free food. The meagre facilities provided for breakfast provision may be sufficient for most people but fail unfortunate souls like me COMPLETELY!!! I understand cost effectiveness and margins etc, but really, should should/could do so much better and its not that hard. Time for a review I would suggest.

The room 402 b what we had , must be on maintenance 1- the bed was broken 2- the light in the bath was burned 3- crack in the wall 4- pillows was too old smell very bad 5- bed Head board was loss from the wall 6- most of the wall was scratched 7- Bath wash room was broken from the bottom 8- one of the ceramic tile of the bath top was loss 9- most of the furniture was damaged 10- the T.v is too small for the room I already took Pic and like to share it with your management . as it seemed they kept this room for only the reservation done through booking.com

Surprised by the requirement to pay city tax in addition to the full and non-refundable payment I made through booking.com.

Rooms need to be remodeled for the price we pay. Also you need a full on restaurant!

My second time stayed here. Love the location. I can do a bit of cooking with big supermarket just next door. So convenient. To me its a perfect hotel to stay.

Excellent location Good for family to stay altogether rather than having separate rooms

Room poorly maintained. Mattress not firm enough. Minimal hospitality tea / coffee / milk provision.

I loved the frendliness of the staff as well as their efficiency in checking us in. I loved the little thoughts such as leaving a few sweets in each bedroom,a nice touch when travelling with children.

There was nothing I disliked.

No food and drink facilities inside the hotel , there should be a bar at least serving drinks and snaks , the amazing thing is that there is a real big place inside the hotel in the first floor which could be covered and made a real great bar inside the hotel (( could be even a 24/24 place for foods and drinks ))

Centerail very easy to get by and great for shopping, if you are hungery many lovely resturants are close by, i loved the location and if you have young children there is planty to do and see.

Air con did not work nicely we had to ask many times and never fixed, if you are staying there make sure that you get a suit with working AC.

The hotel is in the heart of the champs elysees so you don,t need to go far to shop + all the resturant are near by, transportation by metro is in your hand, everything is great about this hotel, I will stay there again, specailly if you have small kids you have the ability to cook for them if you saty in one of the apt,s

What I did not like is when we arrived I had to ask to fix the air con + booking .com ad was that they had children car and kidy garden but when I arrived and asked for this service for my 1 year old doughter they said they have to call service company and they had no kidy garden

It is old style and even not clean as it has to be.

A few maintenance issues - but they were followed up promptly would have preferred breakfast to have been included in the price - better value for money.

I liked everything about the hotel. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. We had to change rooms due to a drainage problem and they could not have been more apologetic and accommodating. It was a wonderful experience and excellent location.

The excellent staff. The location - right on the Champs Elysees near a number of metro stations. Very spacious, well appointed rooms.
