にぎやかな通りに面しているのに、部屋の遮音性が良く静かに過ごせました。又、キッチンが付いていた事で、- 日本には無いおいしそうなものを食べる事が出来、とても良かったです。朝食も高級感があり、清潔で快適でし- た。 ベッドルームが２階になっていたので、登り降りが大変に思いました。 |

特別割引を利用して予約しましたが、もとの値段をだすだけの豪華さとスペースの広さがありました。 セキュリティーも充実していて安心感もありました。 キッチンも使いやすく、食材・ワインを揃えているスーパーも近かったので部屋でゆっくりと食事を楽しむこと- もできました。 |

シャンゼリゼ通りに面していて立地が素晴らしく、とても便利だった。室内はとても清潔で面積も充分な広さが- あり、サービスも行き届いていた。キッチンが広く設備が充実していた。大変満足している。 |

家族４名で宿泊。非常に快適に過ごすことができました。フロントスタッフの対応も良く、部屋も清潔でした。- アメニティの品質も良く、短期の滞在はもちろんですが、長期で滞在したくなりました。 価格が高めなのが残念ですが、ロケーション等を考えれば仕方ないレベルなのかも。 |

Location Unfortunately it was not disclosed on the information overview that some 2 bed apartments where duplex and we were travelling with young and mobile inquisitive children and allocated these duplex apartments rather than the 2 bed apartments without stairs. This was then not able to be changed when the issue was highlighted as dangerous in this age range. |

the location of the hotel was perfect ,it was comfortable they had poor service, when we needed iron and electical adaptor they asked us to come to the reception as nobody is available for sending anything to rooms, the chairs in the room were dirty and although the location was perfect it was noisy,we could not sleep saturday night |

Location and rooms are fairly spacious. Housekeeping improved since my last few visits, but was horrible the day before i leave. 1-Check-in time at 4pm is to late. |

it's only the location in champs-elysees!!! The staff at the reception were unpolite,took us almost an hour to check in the room since they were still cleaning it !!! not to forget that the check-in is at 4 and we came on time but nothing was ready. The bedroom app. is nice but toilet seat at the entrance and bathroom far away!!! |
