for a business stay, the hotel is ideally situated, the rooms are vast and allow comfortable working space. the hotel visibly lacks refurbishing, the deco is dull, in spite of the staff making all possible efforts to maintain the rooms impeccably clean |

the location and the room was big enough the room was very old and the carpet was very very dirty and the everytime we turn off the TV it didn't work again we asked for a help but it didn't work |

Location Unfortunately it was not disclosed on the information overview that some 2 bed apartments where duplex and we were travelling with young and mobile inquisitive children and allocated these duplex apartments rather than the 2 bed apartments without stairs. This was then not able to be changed when the issue was highlighted as dangerous in this age range. |

the location of the hotel was perfect ,it was comfortable they had poor service, when we needed iron and electical adaptor they asked us to come to the reception as nobody is available for sending anything to rooms, the chairs in the room were dirty and although the location was perfect it was noisy,we could not sleep saturday night |

Location and rooms are fairly spacious. Housekeeping improved since my last few visits, but was horrible the day before i leave. 1-Check-in time at 4pm is to late. |

it's only the location in champs-elysees!!! The staff at the reception were unpolite,took us almost an hour to check in the room since they were still cleaning it !!! not to forget that the check-in is at 4 and we came on time but nothing was ready. The bedroom app. is nice but toilet seat at the entrance and bathroom far away!!! |
