This hotel is a beautiful old mansion with a very friendly and helpful staff. Our triple room was very spacious and very nicely updated and decorated. It's location is excellent for exploring the Chateau as well as the rest of the town. |

The hotel facilties were great, it was a very nice and relaxing place to stay. Our room was very spacious, the hotel overall seemed very upscale, I thought it was a good value for the money. I had a lovely afternoon relaxing by the pool! |

The rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable, the back yard very nice and the location was great for day trips. Parking was fairly limited. |

Based on a lovely old house with some rooms in the well blended in extension and outbuildings.Truly excellent location and spacious with outdoor pool, sauna and small gym . Beautiful and spacious grounds close to Cheateau d'Amboise . It is an ideal centre for the Loire Valley east of Tours. Very pleasant, clean, well and stylishly furnished and decorated rooms. |

Charming, beautiful garden and grounds, well located and an easy walk to restaurants and tourist attractions. The room was quite large compared to some others we stayed in and it had a very nice bathroom. Madame was very pleasant and helpful. Overall good value. Parking was a challenge, they have a parking lot but it's better suited for smaller cars. The street is very noisy with a lot of traffic at the rush hours. That being said it was quiet in the evening once the traffic died down. |

It was extremely quiet, though right in the town of Amboise and near busy streets. We got a wonderful sunny warm afternoon and fell asleep on a lounge chair by the pool listening to the doves and birds sing and coo. The Chateaux in Amboise was withing walking distance and their were many wonderful restaurants and patisseries nearby. It was relaxing and the hosts were wonderful and helpful. |

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and nice. You are unable to get your car in or out of the hotel parking area after 10 PM or before 8 AM. |

Location and charm of the hotel. Very convenient for local restaurants and chateau. NB: Several webcomments mentioned the car park being difficult to access...We found these comments ridiculous: what do these people expect the hotel should do: knock down the ancient entrance to their property? Of course not! The car park could be accessed with care. |

A nice and cozy place to be. The hotel has a nice view of the castle and a beautiful garden. Our room was not quit big but very clean. The staff is friendly and the breakfast delicious. |

Helpfull staff, worth 4 *, comfy room, quiet, good breakfast Parking too small, and hard to enter (with abig car, can be tricky). Suite is big and comfy, but no sat tv and a very small bath tube. 75 euros room really small |
