Good central but secluded location. Only drawback is proximity to railroad which you quickly get used to. Very very helpful stff. Would stay there again

The room, comfort,cleanliness and apart from the occasional train, which didn't really disturb, the quiet. Breakfast poor, lack of variety and minimum for the standard of hotel. One expects fresh bread when staying in France not rolls that have been bought in part cooked and then baked off, croissants ditto. Fruit salad also a disappointment. Who betide the late comer as once the food provided was eaten, replacements were not forthcoming. The majority of 4 star hotels have all nessessary equipment in bathroom including face cloths!

Discrétion et efficacité d'un personnel attentif autour d'un lieu où la gastronomie tient une place essentielle. La propreté et le bon confort de la chambre contribuent aux excellentes conditions de séjour. Le seul point négatif observé est l'exiguïté du placard de la chambre pour ranger les habits (surtout lorsqu'on y séjourne plusieurs nuits).

tres bel hotel, chambre 23, charmante, salle de bains séparée des WC, grande TV, eclairage bien agencé, nombreux services, minibar, valet (pour poser vetements),possibilité de petit dej en chambre, ascenceursoirée étape abordable,au niveau repas dans la soirée étape, la cuisine est bonne, simple, produits frais. proximité de la route et de du train, ma chambre donnait sur la rue et malheureusement malgré le double vitrage on entend assez fort le bruit des vehicules passants.

Le parc Personnel peu accueillant : donnant le sentiment qu'on le dérange : il a fallu redemander 3 fois qq chose. Petits déjeuners chers, car choix plus que minimum. Un volet resté bloque une journée : il a fallu réclamer et insister. Aucun plan de la ville : pourtant Hôtel difficile à trouver en raison des travaux; aucun dépliant sur la ville ou la région. Ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles dont il se targue. Restaurant peu souvent ouvert. Quand nous sommes partis : payer, puis rien : pas d'au revoir ou...çà Corespondait à l'absence de sourire le matin. Je précise que nous sommes restés ^plusieurs jours : si nous avions su : il y a d'autres hôtels à Moulins...
