Staff very friendly and helpfully . Tram station very near to the hotel and easy to reach. Room comfortable. Useful the presence of a restaurant inside the hotel. Shopping area (supermarket, bank...) just a few meters. The room was not too clean. Presence of ants.

Most of the staff were great - very friendly - but one woman was clearly disgusted that I didn't speak french and then when my daughter spoke (she speaks fluent french) she switched to english as if an insult. She was abrupt and certainly not customer service focused. I liked the closeness to the tram as it allowed easy access to Montpellier. The gym is completely outdated and dangerous I might add as much of the equipment doesn't work properly. The hot tub was luke warm and the pool entry was something I have never seen before: hard to figure out how to get in and when you do enter there is a foot bath that cannot be avoided.

Very friendly staff, quiet athmosphere, the pool, the hotel's very close proximity to the tramway connection to the city. The appeal of the stay would even increase further if the dinner menu and the dinner buffet would be upgraded.

Nice pool side and terrace, free parking + WiFi in all areas of the hotel. Close to the tramway offering good connections to the city center of Montpellier. A good deal for people in transit for a business trip. The hotel is located in a industrial/commercial area on the side of the town, not the most exciting place for a touristic short break or a romantic week-end. Very heavy traffic at rush hours, many roads are under construction in this area.

Niets maar dan totaal niets was er goed in dit "hotel". Mij zien ze daar nooit meer. Spijtig genoeg heb ik deze maal een slechte ervaring met dit hotel. Ben er over 3 jaar ook geweest toen we op doorreis waren naar Spanje. En dan was het perfect. Nu was het gewoon rampzalig. Het eten was gewoon niet te eten. De kamer was niet zuiver zoals het hoort. Kortom niet meer geschikt om door te geven aan andere mensen die deze route regelmatig passeren. Spijtige zaak voor Booking.com dat ze dit nog op de website laten staan. Weet nog niet waar ik moet zijn om een terugvordering te doen van het nutteloze geld dat ik hieraan heb moeten uitgeven. Maar ik vind het wel. Booking.com kan hier niets aan doen, maar kan me misschien wel een handje helpen met m'n zoektocht om de nodige €uro's te recuppereren.

L'equipement des chambres, très spacieuses ainsi que l'espace détente (spa, sauna, billard, salle de musculation). Les serviettes propres sentaient mauvais (l'humidité) et après s'être lavé les mains par exemple, elles laissaient une mauvaise odeur sur la peau.

La chambre est correcte. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents et copieux. La salle de bain ,problème d'écoulement des eaux lorsqu'on prend une douche. Les repas ne sont pas de la qualité espérée dans un hôtel trois étoiles. Bien que nous soyons en hiver, l'aspect extérieur, est important, le sol est jonché de feuilles, et le mobilier de jardin est très négligé.

Très bon accueil, chambre confortable.Hôtel à proximité de Montpellier en tram, il peut être le point de départ de la visite de la ville en laissant la voiture au parking gratuit de l'hôtel.

La proximité par rapport au but de ma visite. Chambre pas impeccable (grille d'aération avec salleté ds sdb...) literie à revoir (creux dans matelas) lit bb hyper crade (auréoles sur la toile) resto avec toiles de chaleur au plafond près des fenêtres, carreaux sales, chaise bb dont le tissu était plein de taches......NE Vaut pas le prix paye

Facilité de parking, proche du centre de Montpellier, facile pour aller visiter les villes alentours (Aigues-Mortes, Le Grau du Roi, etc) Le fait que la femme de chambre laisse systématiquement la fenêtre de la chambre ouverte alors que nous étions au rdc

Le Spa. La prestation pas conforme à ce qui était indiqué sur le site internet : chambre avec deux grand lits qui se sont révélés être deux petits lits jumeaux. Par chance, nous n'étions que finalement 2 en groupe et non 3 comme indiqué dans la demande de réservation. Au départ, nous devions avoir une chambre avec un grand lit seulement pour 3 personnes...
