Only comment would be that it would have been good to have had a bit more seating, other than at the dining table.

We were gobsmacked when we walked into our apartment with its wonderful view down the snow-covered valley. It was a real home-from-home and kept lovely and warm by the heat of the sun. Everything was comfortable and clean and the owners provided for everything, including ski hire and lift passes.

Great central location. High standard. Excellent facilities. Comfortable beds. Good kitchen facilities. Great balcony. Friendly reception.

Bedroom was a little bit of a sqeeze

We loved absolutely everything. The couple who own the apartments are very nice and helpful - The apartment was very well decorated and had beyond everything you could possibly need for a long stay - very clean, and I mean as clean as clean could be. I would literally be happy to stay there for months on end.

The doors are very sturdy, therefore you have to slam it to close it properly. We were worried about annoying other guests. That's the only dislike we had, I had to sit and think for 5 minutes to even consider something to put here under "dislikes"......

We stayed at Clos de Marie for a week at Easter. I chose the apartment following the positive reviews from a number of sites. After a 2 1/2 hr drive up from Carcassonne airport we were met by the very friendly owners. The 1 Bedroom apartment was very spacious, well appointed and very clean. We were on the 3rd floor of the building, surrounded by simply stunning views. The Ski shop underneath provided excellent up-to- date kit, with a 20% reduction for residents. The Cablecar to the Ski resort is a 150m walk up the main street and we alternated between using it or by driving the 5 mins up to the resort base. Despite being late in the season, the 500 snow cannons kept the slopes skiable - even when the temperature hit 24 degrees! We were lucky as it did snow later in the week, freshening up the runs. My wife and I are experienced skiiers and found the local runs decent and numerous, if not a little short and flat in places. However, our 9 year old twin girls simply loved it. This was their second ski trip and they appreciated the sense of 'travel' as many of the blue/green runs are spread over the different areas. Returning to the Clos de Marie each afternoon was a real pleasure - with loads of home comforts and very hot water. The resort was very quiet, both the delightful town and the ski area. However, the owner told me that during the French school holidays it gets packed. There were Spanish tourists and a sprinkling of clever Brits! I would thoroughly recommend the apartment and the Ski resort - Why 'burn' money in the Alps!!?

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable with good views of the town and surrounding mountains. The apartment was well equipped with washine machine and dish washer and modern up-to-date equipment. There were plenty of saucepans, cutlery etc. We couldn't fault it and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

La décoration et l'accueil

Très bel établissement, très bien situé dans le centre de Font-Romeu. A 200 m des "oeufs" pour monter à la Station, pas besoin de véhicule. Logement de bonne taille (633), propre, cosy, décoration soignée. Les propriétaires proposent par mail de se charger de la réservation des skis, chaussures et forfaits. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ; nous y retournerons certainement.

Petite chambre, literie de bonne qualité, mais lit un peu trop juste 140 X 190.

La proximité des commerces, du magasin de location et des télécabines.

Accès wifi un peu cher (10 euros qu'on vienne pour 2, 3 ou 7 nuits!!!).

Nous avons séjourné dans cette résidence avec 3 enfants (dont un bébé) et avions donc un appartement "suite". Celui-ci était très propre, spacieux et très agréable. Nous étions au 3ème étage et la vue est magnifique. La résidence est idéalement située en plein centre ville ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. Pour aller skier, nous avions le choix entre la télécabine ou la voiture (la station est à 5 min). Je précise aussi que la résidence affichait complet, qu'il y a 4 appartements par étage et que nous n'avons jamais entendu nos voisins, c'est très bien insonorisé.J'ai apprécié la présence de la machine à laver le linge (qui fait sèche-linge également). Au rez de chaussée de la résidence, il y a un loueur de matériel de ski et il fait 20% pour les résidents. De plus, il est très sympathique.Bref, je recommande cet endroit.

Si je devais mettre un bémol, ce serait pour le manque de placards pour les vêtements, un seul placard dans l'entrée, assez petit. Il ne permet pas de ranger tous les vêtements de ski ni les valises pour 4 personnes.

La situation, l'accueil, la remarquable fonctionnalité de l'appartement et en particulier de la cuisine, la propreté, la qualité des sanitaires. Mais aussi le calme, la vue, le balcon.....

Le lit en 140 avec un matelas à ressorts à l'ancienne qui jure avec la très bonne qualité de l'équipement de l'appartement. L'absence de grille-pain, seule petite fausse note dans une cuisine minuscule mais qui frise par ailleurs la perfection.

La proximité de la ville et de la montage via la télécabine ainsi que le confort de l'hébergement. L'exposition de l'appartement est très agréable.

Le confort de l'appartement, le séjour spacieux et la qualité des équipements. La vue sur la montagne. La situation de l'appartement : en plein coeur de Font Romeu et à quelques minutes des oeufs.

L'accueil, très chaleureux et familial, le calme et le confort de l'appartement, la luminosité, la proximité de toutes les activités à la fois pour les randonneurs et les skieurs. Nous reviendrons très certainement.

La propreté et la décoration de la suite. L’ambiance était très cosy. La cuisine était très bien équipée et les chambres spacieuses. Nous retournerons dans cet hôtel avec plaisir.

En plein coeur de Font Romeu, donc super bien situé, cet appartement était formidable.Tout en baies vitrées qui donnent une clarté extraordinaire et une vue sur le village ou sur la montage. La déco soignée, très bien équipé en tout (vaisselle, électroménager, bonne literie). Nous espérons bien y retourner

Le fait de devoir quitter l'appartement entre 8 h et 10 h, c'est un peu tôt..... et 3ème étage sans ascenseur après une journée de ski, un peu rude...

Qualité de l'accueil, des lieux, du confort, de la situation en ville avec toutes les facilites et surtout du calme.
