The hotel was perfect. Michel and Cheryl were perfect hosts and made our stay live up to our wildest expectations. The weather was fantastic which helped as we were able to have breakfast on the terrace. Michel was always on hand to help with planning our days out to look for Chateaux and pretty villages. The proximity to the Beaujolais Cru made out wine tasting trip exactly what we were looking for. I would recomend to anyone.

Le Clos du Chene combines a luxury hotel "feel" with that of an upscale B & B. The room we were given was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with every possible comfort and convenience one could ask for. Our hosts were helpful, kind, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The property is in a residential area, but behind its gate, one is immersed in a pastoral setting, with lovely views toward a river beyond. The hotel was a bit tricky to find, but once we found it, we wondered how we had missed it. Don't look for a building---look for a solid gate near the road, then press a button on the nearby intercom to announce your arrival.

Dès l'entrée dans la propriété et dès le premier contact on mesure nettement le standing élevé des lieux mais également toute l'âme des lieux transcandés par leurs propriétaire. Ceci en fait un lieu unique, très attachant. Une mention toute particulière pour la roulotte, véritable nid douillet éminament romantique et parfaitement en harmonie avec le standing des lieux.

Dueños super amables y atentos. Habitacion bonita y espaciosa. Hotel lleno de buenos detalles. Tranquilidad de la zona. Necesitas GPS para localizarlo. Por poner una pega, me hubiera gustado un bidet en el baño.

Sehr schönes familiär geführtes Hotel. Klein aber fein. Die Inhaber kochen auf Wunsch abends für die Gäste (nach Voranmeldung ohne Menuewahl). Was wir bekamen war sehr gut und auf hohem Niveau. Sehr ruhige Lage und gute Anbindung ins Beaujolais und nach Lyon. Direkt am Saone Ufer, schöner Garten, Pferde, Katzen und Hunde. Wer Tiere mag ist da zu Hause. Wir waren 100% begeistert und werde sicher irgendwann noch einmal dorthin fahren.

Un agréable moment dans une chambre atypique puisque c'était la roulotte. Autoroute proche n'empêchant pas de dormir mais plus gênant lorsque l'on est à l'extérieur. Prix de la chambre + PDJ un peu élevé en rapport à d'autres 4 étoiles du secteur.

- Belle terrasse - Beau jardin avec piscine - Accueil un peu "frais" à notre arrivée, impression de déranger - Chambre moyennement propre - Wifi ne fonctionnait pas - Chambre mal insonorisée, à 3h du matin nous avons été réveillés par l'arrivée d’autres clients. Nous pouvions entendre leurs conversations à travers les cloisons. Même chose le matin où les bruits du petit déjeuner nous parvenaient très distinctement. En résumé nous avons été déçus du niveau de prestation compte tenu du prix élevé de la chambre.
