Extremely close to st michel metro, a great connection to key sightseeing landmarks and lovely staff, also very close to exciting small shops and restaurants.

The Hotel was perfectly located in the Latin Quarter and close to the Notre Dame.

We were located in the ground floor right next to the reception with windows towards the street. You could hear the reception and the street very clear. It was a good hotel, but with a bad experience - a better located room would have made all the difference, but for one day it wasn't worth the trouble.

The location is wonderfull. It is in a small pedestrian street just off St-Michel square (which is less than five minutes walking from Notre Dame). Altough it is next to the busy and loud square, the hotel was very quiet. We loved the history of the hotel and how they incorperated this into the hotel. We had twin beds, which slept great. The staff was very friendly. The tv was great (large selection of tv channeld, which could be selected by country, plus info like weather and the like), although we did not use it that much. There was also a coffe maker in the room. At the first night we got a small bottle of champagne, we loved this little gesture. We did not have breakfast, thus I cannot comment on that.

The downside is that the rooms are quiet small, sufficient for a weekend trip, but I can imagine that if you are staying there for longer, or have huge luggage the room, might be little to small. Also they made a desing error in the bathroom. They shoudl have opted for sliding doors instead of the glas divider at the shower (design over practicallity)

Young delightful staff. Perfect location. Super spacious room I didn't actually stay there but was there every morning to collect my friend and she had the same opinion.

    * Location

    * Too small * Uncomfortable bathroom * Airco didn't work properly * Only the location is worth the money (and the restaurant next to the hotel)

Amazing location, close enough to walk 20 steps and be in the hustle and busle yet those 20 steps took you out of the dirty and noise! Perfect location!

Strange shower - no curtain so whole bathroom got wet, we had room 12 and this is the only negative we had

The location was great and the hotel extremely quiet especially at night which always makes for a good nights sleep.

We thought the reception areaa was a little confused and could have done with a bit of work.

It's location which was both quiet (down a side street from Place St. Michel) and close to the Seine, the Louvre, Notre Dame. The facilities were modern and it was very clean.

Close to so many major attractions and a great choice of restaurants nearby

There is a lift but there are a few stairs to get to and from the lift which would be difficult for people with mobility problems

Great location, clean room, relatively friendly staff, and room was big enough for me as a solo traveler. Reliable, fast wifi, and a few international tv channels were nice to have. Very comfortable bed.

I didn't do the breakfast - 14 euros seemed pricey. I had read that the hotel provides champagne and chocolates to its guests, and I received neither. That's fine, but I think they should be consistent. As noted, the shower design is a bit odd, so the bathroom floor invariably gets wet.

Location, newly renovated room and bath, excellent service.

The room was a bit small but well designed for small spaces.

I never fill in these forms but this hotel was just perfect for us. Just so so friendly the girl On reception was warm and smiley and helpful and brought us a mini bottle of champagne. Hotel Is in a great location with bars and shops all around it. Lovely feel to it, a bit like home - probably the welcome we got. Hotel is in great location for Notre Dame and s. Chappelle. It is simple with gorgeous stone work walls in the hall. Nice and clean, small rooms but felt just right for the short time we were there. Certainly a perfect bolt hole for a happy couple who just want to go AWOL in Paris for 24 hours with their phones off. Right next to the bike hire station so you can cycle from here all over the city. Has great air con and sat TV for Major channels.

    Nothing I loved every second!

Great location, quiet street, pleasing ambience of hotel, and courtesy water and coffee in room.

Room was somewhat smaller than anticipated-and the price-perhaps 20%-25% too expensive.

Great design and so new and clean. It was such a pleasure to stay there. Very quiet and yet completely in the thick of things.

Minimal selection at breakfast BUT they did cover all the bases. However, no steamed milk. In Europe steamed milk is an essential.

An typical building in a cul-de-sac just off the Place St Michel, with small rooms and narrow stairs. My room was beautifully modernised, excellent bathroom, comfortable bed, and all amenities.

There was no one to help me with my luggage, and the lift and staircase are not user friendly. Noise from the bar/club next door, people drinking outside till late.

The location, the decor, modern facilities, the friendly staff and being able to leave your luggage

Steps to the lift on some levels, not great with heavy case.

Quant, small hotel with a great contemporary charm meets old world atmosphere. Perfect for those who want something a bit different than the big hotel chains. Has a bed and breakfast charm to it, nested off in a side street a few blocks away from Notre Dame with the metro, many street cafes and shopping close bye.

Loved the design of the hotel, very hip, interesting and the cool history of the building. The location was very convenient to everything! The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was not complimentary but it was very good and adorable dining room and good coffee.

The shower was so tiny I couldn't keep the water from splashing out of the shower while it was on. Also, the room was teeny tiny, there is only room to put one luggage on the ground. This didn't bother us much as we expected this. For me I prefer a unique hip designed hotel to a spacious tacky room. I didn't feel it was clear that the breakfast wasn't included but we ate a lot so it was worth it. :)

Location, location, location. Off the beaten path just down a little street. Very quaint, friendly staff. Excellent vicinity to Notre Dame, Orsay, and the Louvre. Right on the RER/Metro.

Local restaurants seam to be all tourist-ed out.

Great location, within walking distance of main attractions. Newly furnished rooms, comfortable, if small. Good value for expensive Paris. Very clean, with daily service. Tea & coffee available in room. Welcome champagne. We were early, but reception arranged an early check in with no hassle. Would definitely stay again.

Location for our needs was great. The train from the airport comes St. Michel Notre-Dame and you can walk to the hotel. To find the street, you enter from Place St. Michel through a double archway, then a few steps down. Quiet-- wonderfully quiet. Air conditioned--not all hotels are. Staff was friendly, let us extend check-out till 1 PM because we had a morning event to go to. Wi-fi included in price. There is an elevator. Hotel served our needs of one night in the area perfectly well.

The room was very small, as is the hotel. The price of €240 (incl. tax) seemed high for the size of the room. Soap and shampoo and shoe sponge were the only toiletries in the bath -- no conditioner or hand cream, and in Europe you have to bring your own shower cap anyhow. Breakfast at €14 per person seemed high; we did not have it so I cannot tell about its qualit y. (Cafés in the area offered breakfast at €8.90 and coffee and croissant for less.)
