Good location, close to metro and attractions
The lovely young lady at reception was very helpful, friendly and attentive. Located in the heart of le marais and less than a five minute walk to St. Paul metro stop, the area is vibrant, plenty of food and patisserie options. room is a standard size for Paris hotels, had a room on the 3rd floor with a window/street view. There is a lift, although I preferred using the stairs. Good value for price.
cleanliness and friendly staff.
Location.. choice of two metros, and within easy walking distance of the Seine and the Marais plus restaurants and cafes. One woman member of staff spoke good English and was very helpful. The room was clean but without charm, however the bathroom was unexpectedly modern and well appointed.
Lighting in the bedroom was too low. e.g. no central light. The only way to close bedroom doors is to slam them unavoidably loudly. Noise from the courtyard at night (seemed like the kitchen area of a restaurant closing down for the night) often interrupted our sleep.
Very good location and breakfast
But rooms are a bit noisy
I would like to thank the whole staff they were clean and helpful specially Mrs Noella she helped us alot by suggesting places and how to get to them it was a real honeymoon. the place of the hotel is marvellous in its back a supermarket and the saint Paul metro station and it was very near to all the restaurants . and at the last day they sent us a complementary breakfast which was nice of them. If i went to paris again i will book with them definitely
Location. Nice staff
Noisy. Old. Bit run down. Tiny old bathroom. Uncomfortable bed.
Third time to stay here, this time in summer heat. Room nonetheless comfortable and airy, and electric fan supplied.
The sights were all close. The Seine was a 5-10 min walk away. The cafés and restaurants were numerous within 5 min walk. Shopping was closeby on Rue de Rivoli.
Toilet area for a 6ft 5inch tall man was on the compact side.
Location thats all
Not friendly enough if i am paying I am the customer need great service no meter what
Great location, close to many restaurants, bars and the metro. Comfortable room that was very clean. Helpful staff
No a/c meant we had to leave the window open when it was hot. Due to the number bars close by this meant there was a fair bit of noise. The room was quiet when we could close the windows.
Fabulous location, wonderful staff, helpful and professional. Excellent stay, highly recommended.
The rickety lift
Location is good to get around. Lots of places to eat near by
Could be noisy - we were at the back of property. No air conditioning.
Nice place to stay, friendly staff and very good location at Marrais!
The bowl of sweets at reception were tantalising. Members of staff including the Spanish lady and the Jewish guy with the cool hat were so friendly and helpful. They helped us plan our journeys and spoke to us even when we were drunk. The fact that we stayed in the gay district was hilarious and brilliant all at once. So. Much. Love. For the Rampant Rabbi.
The television did not work. Not very modern interior design of bedroom and bathroom. The fat annoying pigeon that would not shut up at night and in the early hours of the morning.
Location, the receptionist
Noisy, bathroom really needs redoing - small.
The location was wonderful! Walking distance from Notre Dame, Centre Pompidou and more, including the Metro. Lots of places to eat, and activities available until late.
My room (on the 7th/top floor) was the only guest room on that floor. Other rooms appeared to be service and mechanical rooms. It felt a little strange. I couldn't figure out how to drain the tub after taking a shower.
location is good.staff is friendly.
it's a bit noisy.
Great location Great staff Great wifi If you do not like something ask for help and the staff are more than happy to assist: extra towels, more cleaning, safe key, more cleaning, etc...
Tiny rooms Room Cleanliness No shower curtain Noise from bar below at night
Perfectly situated, charming recept, ironist, clean , comfortable room overlooking courtyard with very nice modern bathroom. What's not to like!
Location. Clean. Breakfast was satisfying and reasonably priced but no variety from day to day.
Very small room and even smaller bathroom. WiFi signal very poor in room but good in lobby.
Brilliant price for the location. Clean bed and bathroom, ample space for a two night stay. There was street noise but as you are in the heart of it there is bound to be. We we're too tired to even notice and with the window closed slept like a baby. Wpuld npt stay anywhere else.
We did not take the breakfast option as they did not serve as they had no warm option. We only wanted eggs to go on our toast. Thats all really.
The hotel is located near the centre. The district is good and the subway is close. There are clean towels, bedclothes and hot water in the room.
There are not wifi, kettle and minibar. All Paris is very expensive.
Friendly staff and in good location
No tea/coffee facility in room though this was available in the reception area at 1euro
The location is great - right in the heart of the Marais. The rooms are tiny, but clean. At this price one cannot ask for much more in Paris.
The night shift service is not the kindest.
