It was so near the old parts of the city so you could easily walk around. |

The hotel was conveniently located and the staff gave us the space and time to enjoy the surrounding area. However all of the staff were kind and friendly when we required assistance. I would definitely return to the hotel in the future. |

parking under the hotel. As the room reserved for us was not ready we got a much nicer room at the same price! Convenient for the Granat museum and the centre. On a very busy road, and noisy, music etc from nearby bars. |

Very spacious room, comfortable beds and nice, well equiped large bathroom (we booked the superior room). The staff was remarkably friendly and forthcoming. A bonus is the private parking area and the nearby city centre. Absolutely worth recommending to anyone. |

Good location TV in room was useless - very old and small and awful reception with hardly any channels. I would not want to stay in this hotel more than one night! |

Very convenient location, with car parking on site . Helpful staff. Good value for money. Reasonable breakfast. Plumbing leaves something to be desired. |

The hotel is located near the congress center. I have stayed in a renovated room which was nice and comfort. Some of the rooms are not as good. |

Room was clean and comfortable. Concerns over the fire exits. My room (18) was at the end of the corridor on the third floor and the only exit was the main stairwell at the other end of the corridor. If there was a fire inbetween my room and the stairwell I would have had no escape route. There were no fire exit signs. |

Location was excellent - easy walking distance to city centre. The parking facility is a big advantage (Aix is a bit of a nightmare otherwise!!). We booked the suite and thoroughly enjoyed having beakfast on the terrace! Some of the plants, paintwork and furniture outside (and on the terace) could perhaps do with a bit of extra maintenance. |

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly No air conditioning so therefore had to keep door/window open and the traffic/noise from the street kept us both from sleeping all night. |

The hotel staff were fine and welcoming and breakfast was OK and te hotel was well situated to look round Ais which is what we wanted. The hotel is much in need of a makeover and the decor was old and dingy. |

The location was good, near to the main area, train and bus stations. The TV remote was not working, might have been the wrong remote for the TV. |

The size of the room was very good with separate wc and bath/shower although we did have a superior room. The room was not in the hotel itself but to the rear similar to a motel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good location. breakfast was fairly average and not worth additional cost |
