Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, good location in Saint-Malo "Intra Muros"

It has a very central location, with secure parking a short walk from the hotel - ideal for those who are en route into/out of France with a car full of belongings. The location is also ideal for shopping, visiting the old town, walking around the town walls, and for the beach. The rooms are neat and well designed, the welcome was warm, and breakfast (included in our stay) was a very good, continental selection of food. The rooms are over several floors, but there is a (very small) lift.

A minor quibble - the stairs are very poorly lit, and could do with improved lighting.

Everything was really very good. The room wasn't small as some visitors say. It was very nice, of comfortable size, with a balcony and extreamly clear! Breakfast was also nice, not abundant, but correct though a little bit expensive. A lift was funny (too small), but it's much better to have even that sort of a lift than only stairs.

Well located near restaurants, shops, bus stop (extramuros). New and modern furniture, small, but beautiful bathroom.

Elevator is really small, only for 2 persons without baggage. Small room and small double bed, but that was no problem for us.

The location is superb in the heart of the walled city. The rooms are very clean and have a contemporary feel.

Comfortable bedding, centralized location within walls of Saint Malo & quiet rooms.

Size of room is small. Elevator is small; no easy access for people staying on higher floors.

Reception staff were excellent. We paid for parking which was brilliant. Position was very good.

Bathroom towels were far too small.

Could add a few black & white local photos on brown wall to give a little more character to the room.

Silence - Propreté - gentillesse de l'accueil- proximité des lieux d'intérêt.

Nous avons aimé le fait que l'hotel se trouve intra-muros, du coup tout est vraiment à proximité. De plus, la ville intra-muros est vraiment très jolie et on peut y faire de très belles ballades (remparts, plages,...). Ensuite, le petit déjeuner est très bien, il est varié et c'est très bon!!!!. Pour finir, la déco de l'hotel est moderne et récente!! Très jolie...

La chambre nous paraissait plus grande sur la photo. On a été surpris en y entrant, mais pas dans le bon sens. Et le douche n'était pas pratique (douche sabot) et le pommeau était félé.
