The staff were friendly and accommodating; the room was clean and the pillows and bed were very comfortable; despite the negative comments we would stay again although we would request a different shower! The shower cubicle had a huge step up and very narrow doors and was not easy to get into and out of; the room was not ready on time and we had to wait an hour after the advised check in time; the hotel closed early in the evening which was a surprise; parking was some distance away and certainly not suitable for a larger vehicle - we could barely park a small sports car! The lift could accommodate only one person with hand baggage so don't rely on using it. |

Lovely chic hotel, with very helpful staff. Though the room was small it was nicely decorated and adequate. The bar area, was very classy and I would definitely recommend it. The lift was tiny, more suitable for smurfs!! It had my husband and I in fits trying to get into it with our luggage (we gave up!). Definitely not suitable for those suffering from claustraphobia, or having anymore than a handbag. |

Very convenient location inside walls with lots of restaurants on hand. A warm welcome and a cosy feel. We had a problem finding parking near the hotel, especially as we had a topbox. St Malo not the easiest place to get around with no entries, narrow streets and very busy. |

The couple that owned the hotel were very pleasant, welcoming and helpful It is a shame that they do not offer snacks during day, as breakfast is the only meal they offer. |

Owner was very accommodating .Hotel was refurbished 4 years ago and although small, it has all you need for an overnight stop. It was ideal for catching the ferry from St Malo the following morning. It was difficult to find even with sat nav. |

Quite a designer hotel without being too 'minimal'. Follow the red hotel signs once inside the old town of St Malo and its fairly easy to find. Nearby secure underground car park good for only 10 euros. |

Very pleasant staff/management. excellent location in the heart of the old town Nothing but it might have been cheaper to park outside the walls and walk in |

Lovely big room and views over the harbour. Very friendly, helpful staff. No air conditioning, had to close windows because of road noise - very hot and stuffy. |

It is very central & convenient location & the staff were very friendly & very helpful. The elevator - feels very claustrophopic cos it is 1 foot by 2 foot wide & you need to climb up some steps to get to it. |

Central location. Friendly couple running the hotel were very helpful and kind. Very clean and well maintained facilities. Rooms were on the small side, however, the positive aspects of the hotel outweigh this negative point. |
