Bed to sleep on
Bathroom was disgusting. Shower curtain dirty. Wash basin loose. Floor dirty. No staff since our arrival at 2pm until next day at breakfast. Entrance hall was dark and full of cobwebs. Breakfast hall was not clean and spiders walking on walls. Coffee machine had no water in. Breakfast was edible but only bread, cereal and yoghurt. Staircase leading up to 2nd floor was dark and stairs not safe. Not worth the money charged. Will never return there.
Smallness and atmosphere are there, walking distance to places of interest and restaurants. Spacious room with high ceiling (the top floor).
Paper thin walls - one hears every sound from the neighbors and from the street. The room is plain like a hospital. The pillows are a disaster (we were given extra pillows, it helped 20%). Price/quality is mere robbery.
Breakfast was nice, I loved my room, and I thought the location was great, I really enjoyed my stay in bordeaux :)
No security No windows Could not get into the shower - door built for midgets Uncomfortable bed Did not feel clean TAP DRIPPED ALL NIGHT!
Very pleasant, helpful young people running it. Very clean, non-luxurious. Reasonable breakfast included. Good setting on quiet side-street, near excellent small restaurants, north of city centre. 5-10 minutes walk from Place Gambetta & tram stop. 10-15 minutes walk from tourist office, Grand Theatre, or from Cathedral.
Bathroom door didn't close. Otherwise everything worked (although shower splashed over floor when on upper setting).
Location and friendly staff
The check in on sunday afternoon afternoon was complicated, email with acess code came too late and no english speaking staff
The Staff was friendly and helpful The location was great
Internet connection was very poor Thin walls - very noisy No window in the room No air conditioning The continental breakfast is not worth getting up for The door to the room was not sealed allowing mosquitos and tobacco smoke to enter the room The lighting in the room was very poor The phone connection in the room was very poor
very friendly staff and location is very good, easy to reach anywhere.
Location, fast wifi.
It's quite quaint and unusual. And it was in a non touristy but central part of town. Very large room. Good wifi. Balcony!
It is a bit run down and the walls are paper thin. No croissants for breakfast! Although it is free, so can't complain too much.
good located, comfortable beds, roomsize ok, big bathroom, friendly staff
very noisy because of the thin walls, no door to the bathroom (only swing door), needs to be renovated, small breakfast (but included)
Good value for money.
Reception desk manned only during specific hours.
The hotel is close to the center, the coffee was good.
The curly dust under the bed, no cheese for breakfast in France!
Close to the centre
Hotel looked very tired. Poor decor, paint peeling from ceiling, loose sink in bathroom. Needs a refurbishment programme.
I had a fantastic stay staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. For the price I really couldnt complain!
It was a little old,the breakfast
