Swimming pool, peaceful location, breakfast served in the room, great room...
The pool was very good and the bathroom in our room was excellent.
The upper bed room was bit hot and stuffy.
The room was sensational , the grounds beautiful . The swimming pool & surrounds were excellent .
Lots ! We are frequent travellers & this is the first negative review I have ever written . We arived at the destination after much confusion . There is no name on " The Hotel ?" at all . We used an intercom on the wall & were told to go to a Hotel named Le Fruitier to book in . We did that & we were then asked to follow a lady up the hill , back to the Hotel as there are no staff at all on the site . This was interesting !! The lady was quite gruff. & not at all welcoming , sadly that was her attitude during our 4 night stay . The Wi Fi was not working at all during our stay . We spoke with a duty manager who said that it was down & as it had been a long weekend it couldn't be fixed , We ordered breakfast the first day which was enjoyable .( it is bought up from the other hotel & served by the pool or in your room ) We ate in the town the second day & then ordered breakfast for the third day . We were heading out early for a nine am start in a neighbouring village so ordered breakfast for 8 AM . By 8 .15 it hadn't arrived so I used my mobile phone to ring reception at the other hotel . There is a phone in the room but on the half a dozen times we tried contacting the hotel down the road it was never answered ! I cancelled the breakfast as their late delivery didn't allow us any time to eat . As we were on the phone the breakfast arrived 20minutes late . We noticed at the reception in the notes for our account they said breakfast arrived at 8.10 , this was definately not the case . There were two younger girls at reception in the other hotel , one by the name of Laura who were very helpful but the other staff were not welcoming at all . As a point of interest on our second night a young couple arrived in the car park quite upset as they had driven around for a long time & were also confused as there was no name & they weren't sure if they were in the right place or not .
Great room - we all slept through our alarm clock. Very comfortable, quiet and dark with the shutters.
You need to check-in at the primary hotel in town, not at the actual address in the confirmation. Staff was helpful, but did not tell us there was A. Additional charge for breakfast. They just asked if we wanted coffee or tea brought in the morning. We were charged 52 euros for a very nice continental breakfast, which we needed but did not expect.
Amazing place. Clean, quiet and modern facility.
The place was under maintenance. Things were half finished, conducts left open etc. Air con wasn't working. There were problems with lights and electrics.
Super modern Very quiet Beautiful gardens Immaculately clean Huge room
You have to go to a hotel to collect keys, but this wasn't stated in the booking, so we arrived at 10.30pm and couldn't get in
