We spent two nights in November 2009. Everything was perfect, the stuff is really helpful and they upgraded us to the largest room with big bathroom. The hotel is small, so even though the insolation around the door is far from perfect, since there are not so many people taking the elevator, it troubled us not more than twice per day. The street compared to other streets in Paris is not noisy and overall I would recommend the hotel to couples who are looking for romantic time together as well as some sightseeing. The insolation between the rooms is good, but with other areas like stairs and common places need some improvement. Also the wifi doesn't always work, but no problem you can connect with wlan and it is all free. |

Top recommendations!!!There wasn't a thing we didn't like about our stay at Le Fabe! Wow. From the moment we walked thru the door and were offered a drink before any paperwork after a long trip to the superb breakfasts, comfy beds, beautiful bathroom, funky design, everything matching and cool. Quiet sidestreet.Incredibly helpful and friendly staff especially Alexandre. Fantastic. |

Very nice hotel with clean rooms with a nice design. The hotel is recently renovated, so everything is clean and fresh. Service is friendly and breakfast is fair. Parking garage and metro station just around the corner. Next time when visiting Paris, I will book this hotel again. |

The staff was welcoming and the room spotless and presented with flair and style. The ac was nice because the street outside is a bit noisy and the windows could be closed without suffocation ensuing. The price is excellent for Paris and especially for a place that isn't seedy, and while not on the doorstep of the Louvre, it's so easy to get around by metro or on foot that it makes no difference. They aren't kidding about 'cosy room', but though tiny, it was well laid out with adequate clothes storage and a shower where you didn't pop the door open with your rear when washing your feet! Excellent local neighborhood that is not a tourist trap. One metro stop (200 yards walk) to the lights and action of Montparnasse Not a negative on the hotel, but a heads-up for travellers with bikes. There was secure parking for our bikes at15 Euros a night in one of their two nearby car parking spaces. There are, however, bike racks on the street - your choice. |

The room oozed quality. one of the best showers I've ever used. The staff were very friendly and there was no noise from the other rooms. I thought the area around the hotel was slightly run down. |

The location was great. The staff was delightful, helpful and competent. The neighborhood a treat with lots of bakeries, fruit stands and good restaurants etc and it was a quick metro ride to city center. Would highly recommend Le Fabe. |

Small hotel with a big heart. Slightly off the beaten track but very accessible by metro. In a lovely residential area surrounded by reasonably priced neighborhood restaurants. We arrived after midnight and we were pretty hungry from travel (i'm also 4 months pregnant so always hungry at the best of times!). Unprompted the lovely man at reception dropped us up some fruit, bread and meats to keep us going, what a lovely thing to do and very much appreciated. We travel to Paris quite often and would stay there again. |

Very very clean hotel. Poor internet connection (must turn off your internet security or/and OS firewall to work properly).Very close to a metro station (Pernety-Line 13). Breakfast is very expensive (as all hotel in Paris) 10 euro/person. Close to the hotel, there is a lot of Brasserie in whiches you can eat everything at normal -for Paris- prices Internet connection.Only |

Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming. The check in was smooth and easy. We went to our room which was in the 1st floor. It was very small but was very clean. It looked also nice. To be honist, I really enjoyed my 2 nights stay there. The only two things which bothered me were the small room and the noise coming from the street, but I guess those are common issues with hotels in Paris. |

Our welcome and the room being ready upon arrival were fabulous. The room was clean, tastefully furnished, and spacious by Paris standards. The concierge was exceptionally helpful with directions, information, etc. It was a great neighborhood area, close to metro, Bistros, and yet slightly off the tourist track. When in Paris, I would stay at Le Fabe again! No clock in room. |

Staff are very helpful, especially Alexander. We arrive earlier than the check-in time but were accomodated quite quickly. We were even offered coffee and cold drinks while our room was being prepared. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable. There is a small fridge and valuables safe in the room. Very minimal noise coming in from the street. The toilet and showers are clean, with good pressure of hot and cold water. The airconditioning was a big plus. The hotel is situated between 2 metro stations and is quite accessible as it is just 2 blocks either way. This is a hotel where comfort and budget met halfway. We will book this hotel again in the future, whenever we are in Paris. Thank you, Alexander for the room upgrade. Cnn and bbc are the only english channels on tv, but who cares, we're not there to watch tv, anyway. |

Boutique hotel with attention to detail. Staff very attentive. Very clean and modern in design. Although small, very romantic. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Located away from the action in the City - good if you want to get away from noise; Too far to walk to places, although hotel is close enough to the nearest metro train station. Rooms are very small. |
