The staff were exceptional. Found us great places to dine. Gave us good advice on visiting cultural places. Definitely would book again.

Service was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. A very compact, friendly boutique hotel.

Noisy part of town. Rue de L`ouest was a bit dirty and scruffy.

This is the nicest hotel we have stayed in in Paris. We liked that it was in a residential neighbourhood so it was quiet but still only a 5 minute walk from a Metro or 10 minutes to a livelier section of Montparnasse. We could go anywhere in Paris with only one station change. The breakfast was good value for €10 for an all you can eat continental-style breakfast. Compare that to other hotels or even little cafes nearby. The staff were so friendly and helpful with eating-out recommendations, suggestions for activities, map-drawing - just generally happy to help. The rooms were a good size for Paris, clean and with good air-con.

I actually cant think of a bad thing to say about this place!

The Hotel is located near excellent restaurants and Pernety Metro Station. The Staff is super friendly, helpful and patient. When they knew that we were a newlywed couple, they gave as a courtesy a bottle of champaign. The rooms are a bit bigger than the average that I have seen in Paris and they are clean and new. The beds are comfortable and also big. We really enjoyed our stay there and we are definitively coming back.

It was a nice and small place with lovely breakfast. The receptionists were very helpful and kind. The room looks exactly the same as the photo. It's clean, nice, comfortable.

We had such a short stay that we found the hotel a bit far from the center.

Was pleasantly surprised how tourist-friendly and well-run a hotel at a tourist place can be - starting from decor and cleanness to care of silence and attention to details (feels like they know one step before what you may wish). Can confirm superb consierge service. Also liked the area around - lots of local shops, restaurants and local people to experience.

Can imagine that someone may estimate room size as small and French breakfast as modest. Stayed for two weeks in March 2013.

The hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was very clean, and nice and warm. Proper double bed - not two single beds stuck together! Breakfast was good, nice and fresh. Very good hotel could be 4 star.

Breakfast not included in price of room. I paid 570 Euros for two rooms for two nights and would have expected breakfast for that price.

Excellent customer service, the staff was always very helpful and willing to give good recommendations. Good location close to the metro station. Nice and quiet neighborhood.

We stayed in the room that is in the ground level next to the breakfast area and it is very noisy specially at night when people choose to sit there to talk. You can hear everything. The bathroom shower began to flood every time we used it.

Staff were excellent & recommended some fantastic restaurants all close to the hotel. Really can't speak highly enough, very happy.

The staff were amazing. They helped us out a lot and gave us lots of good information and tips for our stay. I would recommend this hotel for anyone. I know some people say the location is a bit out of the way from the touristy areas but you have to take the Metro everywhere any way so this made absolutely no difference to us.

Spacious room, excellent staff, small but comfy sauna, quiet location, good breakfast for a fair price (€10). I would definitely recommend this place if taking the metro to town does not bother you.

A bit off the beaten track in a residential area (so not many restaurants, pubs, ...)

Nice hotel set in quiet area, private secure car parking 200 metres away, free internet, nice continental breakfast, only 7-8 min walk from metro station, a few nice cafe's and bistro within easy walking distance, very helpful and friendly staff!

Rooms are a little small, but well presented, very clean and comfortable.

Montparnasse is a bit boring, but the city is not huge so not really an issue.

I found stains on the bed sheet and the showerhead was questionable.

The hotel was very clean with modern decor and we felt at home. The staff couldn't do enough for us especially Alex, who was very welcoming, accomodating & took the time to arrange some special details for our arrival & wedding anniversary~! We appreciated having the Tassimo coffee machine in the room to enjoy a hot beverage. Easy access to the metro, shops & restaurants nearby.

Good location.. access to local shops good choice for eateries.. very friendly area and staff were very helpful on tips and advices.. for planning my days out..

The reception staff were fantastic, proving endless assistance in fluent English. The room was extremely well appointed with easily accessed wifi. There was some great restaurants nearby, kindly recommended to us. Although not in the city centre, a short underground trip from the nearby station will have you at the Champs Élysées in next to no time.

No real dislikes but the breakfast is a touch over-priced.
