Le Faucigny - Hotel de Charme    

This hotel is one of the best hotels I stayed in ever. First of all, the location of the hotel is amazing... right in the middle of the city center and very close to everything. There were all kinds of shops and supermarkets footsteps away. The view of the hotel is unreal.... you can see the entire Mont Blanc mountain from the window. The rooms are small yet very efficient, as I never felt stuck anywhere, plus they are very nicely and modernly decorated. The breakfast was really good with lots of variety. And last but not least, the hotel staff, they are really friendly, helpful and devoted. They will go out of their way to help you out. I highly recommend this hotel to all kinds of travelers.

The staff were very helpful. Beds and lounge area were very comfortable. Location was perfect. Bang in the middle of Chamonix but tucked away and not too noisy. Great restaurants just around the corner.

Rooms are small, but this did not really bother me. Breakfast a bit expensive.

Very narrow staircase and no lift

Very friendly staff, small room but very clean. A really super location for the town. We got a great value deal on Bookings.com compare to the prices the hotel advertised.

Not really a complaint but the bed is a regular double so pretty cosy if your other half is 6'3"!

The rooms were just a little bit on the small side.

I asked for a quiet room with no more than one flight of stairs. We got a large extremely quiet room at ground level. Big bathroom. King size bed which is unusual in France. Staff was very helpful. Public areas were attractive. Downtown Chamonix was a block away. We were fortunate to capture one of the hotel's four parking spaces.

A very cosy place. Excellent staff. Nice balcony with the view.

Narrow stairs\no lift. For me that was even funny, but I'm not sure about that if I travel with some older relatives

The staff couldn't do enough for us. Every detail was attended to. I would thoroughly recommend them.

No mirrors except in the bathroom, so not so easy to get ready!! Didn't like walk to ski bus stop.

Charming hotel with excellent and quiet location, close to the main street and within walking distance w skiboots to the ski-bus and the Brevent skilift. Clean and nice spa. Good and healthy breakfast. Adorable Englishspeaking staff. Very cosy and nicely designed. View over MtBlanc from our roofwindow. Good w skiroom and bootroom w dryers.Everything clean and fresh.

Felt a little bit unsecure about how to get out from our room on the third floor if there was a fire.

Lovely little hotel in a very central location. Very quiet because it is slightly off the main street; close to ski lifts; cosy decor, good breakfast, nice sauna and spa, clean and friendly

terrible bathroom,impossible to bath if you are higher than 1.40 cm !!!!!!very expensive(130 euro) for 14 sq.meter room,no facilities,no breakfast included......

Nice décor, nice clean rooms, & very friendly helpful staff. Excellent location near pedestrian old town & right near Ecole Ski Français. It's a 5 mins walk from the ski lift.

No elevator, but not so important becauuse the staff helped us with the luggage anyways!

Rooms very small

A great central location, the decor in the hotel was just to our taste, modern and trendy. Our room was a superior and this was very comfortable with great views of the mountain. The staff were all excellent and very helpful. The spa was very relaxing and afternoon tea was also nice.

The bathroom was a little small but it was ok.

The friendly and accommodating staff and the interior design

was friendly and pleasant. Rooms were ok and best area was he the lounge area.

spa area was clean and pleasant but rather small - room was more expensive for what it offered and not incl breakfast. nearby hotel looked alos good but offered at half the price. The decore of grey and red is not warm and freindly colour - needs to be a sunnier look
