All the staff that we came into contact with were friendly and polite and made us feel very welcome I do not speak French but the rest of my family do but all the staff I came into contact with spoke to me in English which I am very thank full for. |

Secure parking for my motorbike on site, friendly staff. Convienient for the town centre. Worth staying here over a cheap characterless motel style place on the outskirts I have used before. |

My room was at the back accessed from the car park so was very convenient with my dog and to bring up luggage. Also quiet, last year my bedroom was at the front and very noisy. |

Very friendly staff. Superb value hotel. Convenient to all the central reataurants, shops etc. Would recommend that any visitors aim for the Hotel de Ville car park, then walk (2mins) towards the office de tourisme, where you will see signs directing you to the hotel, as directions (from booking.com, and Google maps) aren't the easiest way of finding the hotel. The breakfast was pretty basic, but still superb value at only €6. The free car park was also a bonus, but fills quickly, and there are limited alternatives. |

The hotel room was nicely refurbished and the bathroom was lovely. The hotel was handy for the town and was easily accessable after our journey. The hotel is going to be very nice when the refurbishment is finished but we were surprised at the amout of wires all over. There are no lifts and we were on the third floor, it was hard work climbing all the stairs. The bed was not new and very low. |

Location of the hotel was ideal, I was driving back from a business trip to Milan and had left Italy that morning and needed a stopover before carrying on to Calais. St Quentin is about 1.5 hours from Calais and just off the motorway, the hotel was about 10-15 minutes from the exit. The hotel was clean and functional and the parking was secure. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful every time. The breakfast was very enjoyable and the rooms were comfortable. The transportation into Paris was easy access and easy to use. I wish my room was a little larger. |

The bed was quite comfortable and the rennovated bathroom was nice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, even though we arrived very late at night. We asked for a non-smoking room, but were put in a smoking room. |
