Le Florence  

We were travelling to Caines, and this was our first stop. Great value, friendly staff, and brilliant parking facilities for the motorbike. Also ideally located for the town centre.

Easy to find with on site free parking in centre of town. Breakfast served until noon

Great location on route back from the Alps. Very friendly and great value for money. Breakfast is excellent. Easy very short walk into town where there are many restaurants.

A comfortable hotel in the centre of the city/town with friendly and helpful staff.

Unfortunately there are no lifts in the hotel and climbing to the 3rd floor with suitcases was a bit of a chore

The large family room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent and it was quite easy to find.

The family room could benifit from a fridge and perhaps a couple more single beds insted of the 3 double beds it has. Breakfast was quite lean and not a great variety was available.

I was unexpectedly delayed and arrived very late, but the hotel were very friendly and helpful and made sure that I would get in and be able to park the car safely in their car park. The room was spotless and the shower room too. The room was quiet and had free wi-fi, the connection to which worked without problem. All the staff were very friendly and I will definitely stay there again.

Nice clean rooms with good shower & comfy beds & quiet location not far from restaurants & shops we stayed between christmas & New Year & the winter scene in the square was beautiful well worth a visit.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. When I informed them that one of our party had limited mobility due to a recent operation they immediately switched them to a spacious ground floor room, without any fuss. The location was excellent for us to visit the christmas market in the town square - just a 2 minute walk away. The hotel parking was also very convenient. We will be returning to this hotel again.

It had good reports from other guests. I was travelling back to my home in France so it was just an over night stop. Even though it is in the centre of town it might have been difficult to find without gps. The receptionist spoke to me in English which helped being tired and jet lagged. All staff were helpful and had smiles which is unusual for France. They also upgraded me as the had a bigger room available.

We stayed at Le Florence in St Quentin as a part-way break on our drive down to our home in the Languedoc. It was handy, pleasant and good value for money so we stayed again on our way back to Calais. We would do so again, depending on timing requirements (how far we want to drive on the day!) What made Le Florence special was the lovely, friendly and helpful staff who even remembered us (and our dogs) on our way back.

Le Florence is a 2* hotel. Whilst at the top of this range, it is obviously not a plush hotel. However, it is comfortable and clean and does what it needs to do. So, there was nothing we did not like!

It's location and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel was also clean.

1:The only thing I didn't like in the bathroom was the extractor fan. It doesn;t go off at any point. Consequently it sounded all night. I had to close the bathroom door at night, but I could still hear it. 2: Breakfast was a bit simple. Very nice but choice was small.
