I like the staffs at the reception they were very good people that reflect actually French love, culture and kindness. They are also clean and resourcesfull; but the cleaners are not to the standard of the that Hotel for example in my room I have used one soap for four days and plastic cap for 5 days.

The hotel was chosen to be near our daughter who is at Uni in Clermont, we were within walking distance of her! The hotel is comfortable, clean, the staff are friendly and the buffet breakfast was enjoyable. If we needed too we would definately use this hotel again. The outside of the hotel does not do the inside justice, it could be made cleaner!

Not too far from the city center and the cathedral. Two-minute walk from Jardin Lecocq. Car parking easy and free. Very friendly staff. We have stayed in this hotel for the second time. We had room 25 for 2 adults and 2 children. I just want to point out the fact that it is almost impossible to watch tv as the tv set has been stuck in a corner that can't be seen. Good breakfast though a bit expensive.

Our second stay. It's an ideal budget hotel to visit uk students studying at the local university. Centrally located (albeit with a huge flyover at the front of the hotel), clean, comfortable rooms, secure off- road parking (at 4.50/night) and free wifi. Recommended.

Cet hôtel ferait bien de revoir ses installations et de relooker ses tristes décors qui resemblent plus à une ancienne résidence d'étudiants- Clim défectueuse, pas d'abat jour sur une lampe près du lit et pas de cache prise à cet endroit, contacteur électrique perturbé - parking non sécurisé (portail ne fermant pas à clé ) pas de mini frigo dans la chambre - Salle de petit déj des plus impersonnelles , le petit dej bien que copieux est cependant élevé pour le niveau de cet établissement et le prix du parking de même - Le personnel jeune est cependant sympatique -

Wir waren eine Nacht im Hotel Le Floride II! Die Lage ist sehr zentral, nach einem fünfminütigen Fußmarsch ist man schon im Zentrum. Obwohl sich das Hotel an einer vielbefahrenden Straße befindet, war es sehr ruhig. Der Hotelservice war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr funktional. Das Bad war auch sehr sauber. Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Kleiner Tipp: Das Hotel ist von 12Uhr bis 17Uhr geschlossen, d.h. man kann nur mit Code ins Hotel. Deshalb sollte man seinen Checkin entweder vor Mittag oder nach 17Uhr planen.

j'ai particulierement apprécié les jeunes à l'accueil( aimable, souriant,avenant). Par contre la chambre qui m'a été affectée santait le tabac.Je n'ai pas apprécié du tout Difficultés pour trouver l'hotel ,même avec un gps Pas de journaux le dimanche

La qualité de l'accueil, la disponibilité du personnel, parking (payant) mais interne à l'hôtel, bien que se situant en ville, parfaite insonorisation des chambres, convivialité de le chambre, qualité du petit déjeuner. Nous sommes de jeunes seniors (55/60 ans) et avons apprécié cette nuit étape qui nous a permis de reprendre la route dès le lendemain matin après avoir passé une excellente nuit.
