I like the staffs at the reception they were very good people that reflect actually French love, culture and kindness. They are also clean and resourcesfull; but the cleaners are not to the standard of the that Hotel for example in my room I have used one soap for four days and plastic cap for 5 days.

The hotel was chosen to be near our daughter who is at Uni in Clermont, we were within walking distance of her! The hotel is comfortable, clean, the staff are friendly and the buffet breakfast was enjoyable. If we needed too we would definately use this hotel again. The outside of the hotel does not do the inside justice, it could be made cleaner!

Not too far from the city center and the cathedral. Two-minute walk from Jardin Lecocq. Car parking easy and free. Very friendly staff. We have stayed in this hotel for the second time. We had room 25 for 2 adults and 2 children. I just want to point out the fact that it is almost impossible to watch tv as the tv set has been stuck in a corner that can't be seen. Good breakfast though a bit expensive.

Our second stay. It's an ideal budget hotel to visit uk students studying at the local university. Centrally located (albeit with a huge flyover at the front of the hotel), clean, comfortable rooms, secure off- road parking (at 4.50/night) and free wifi. Recommended.

nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit c'était une étape . Le prix est très satisfaisant. L'hôtel est proche du centre ville, chambre petite mais propre et literie de bonne qualité. Une nuit agréable. difficulté d'accès depuis le centre ville (sens interdit, tram...)

Dans le secteur des Universités et des facs C'est un hôtel 2 étoiles plutôt bas. Le confort et les installations à réserver à des étudiants et des jeunes. A éviter pour la clientèle d'âge mûr, le confort étant plutôt rudimentaire. Mais il y a quand même de la Clim et c'est un +

Très bonne prestation, j'ai mis dix car je pensais me retrouver dans un de ces hôtels fatigués, ou tu te replies tellement sur toi même que tu ne vies en faites que dans 1m2 mais ça a été une agréable surprise avec un hôtel rénové et une salle de bain avec toilette spacieuse. A recommander. Attention à vérifier que les portes sécurisés des chambres se referment correctement.

La situation géographique, proche de la maison de la culture. Le personnel était très sympathique et arrangeant. Grosse erreur sur le tarif puisque nous avons réservé via booking pour un tarif total de 104€ (petit-déjeuners compris) et nous avons payé 146,8 en fait !!! a ce prix là nous aurions choisi un autre hôtel que nous connaissons et dont le confort est supérieur et qui se trouve place de jaude. Aussi, incroyable, le dimanche nous ne pouvions laisser les bagages entre 12h et 17h car l'hôtel est fermé. Heureusement l'employé ce jour là nous a trouvé une solution de secours !!

Proximité du centre ville à pied, proche d'une station du tram Insonorisation des chambres (tant interne que la rue): trés bien !!!!! Possibilité de parking, sauf celui réservé à l'hotel qui est payant.
