Absence of WiFi in the room (suite)
beautiful location, great staff, very good food
Beautiful suite. Lovely natural wood. Lovely balcony. Darling town. Very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Good dinner reccomendation!
Individual comforters with duvet would have been much better bedding. Bed was very low to ground and uncomfortable. (U can put in a memory foam mattress - very easy as they come in a small box and then expand in the room. Great for places u can't carry a big bed up narrow stairs.)
Lovely village, near touristic attractions but calm and picturesque, very comfortable room, superb winstub.
Loved staying here. Ancient old building full of character, on the Route des Vins. Beautiful room with everything we needed and such a comfortable peaceful sleep. And downstairs there's the bar restaurant where you can eat the local speciality tarte flambée.
Great charming place with a lot of history, very old house with modern facilities.
Great location, food and drinks were perfect. The staff was extremely helpful and the room was more than enough room.
A beautiful location with oodles of character. It provides appartments for either overnight or longer periods, with breakfast served in the bar/restaurant. Price was remarkable & outshines many hotels.
Monday night arrivals cannot eat on-site & we were unimpressed with local restaurants.
nice staff, great breakfast, charming décor, large room
bed was a bit old
Nice place with old times atmosphere.I recommend this place to everyone who do not like normal hotels.
Had the 3 bedroom house. It was more than big enough. Great to have a car park. Wifi was excellent. Nespresso machine with capsules and a great continental breakfast. The tarte flambés in the restaurant were delightful and cheap.
No washine machine. Fortunately the staff in the restaurant were able to wash our clothes which was very nice.
What an amazing 1500s building! Our room was clean and comfortable. The welcome was warm and breakfast in the "bar" was good. Owner recommended a great restaurant for Choucroute. We enjoyed our stay in this charming town!!
Parking difficult but the town is old and the streets are narrow. It wasn't built for cars!
Great location for wine tasting, but in a quiet town, literally minutes away from busy Riquewihr
Very beautiful house and village. Helpful staff, nice restaurant in hotel.
Internet does not work !
Ambience, typical "old wooden" style of the area well represented. Good rooms, including kitchen, bathroom. Great shower!
Stairs could be a little tricky for elderly with suitcase. Garage quaint, but access somewhat awkward.
Everything - a very special place in a beautiful village. Just off the tourist trail but close to Colmar and Riquewihr - both very special. Lovely room, full of character, beams, antique furniture, etc. Simple but generous breakfast served with a smile, and evenings in the "cavern" eating tarte flambée with great beer and wine. Just go!
Parking a bit limited but who cares!
We were given an appartment full of antiques, very comfortable. The atmosphere and the quality of the wood fired oven food.
The place is fantastic! very nice decorated, very clean and comfortable. the personal is very kind. It was a very pleasant stay
friendley, good hotel for visiting the Alcace
The room was to hot, so it was hard to sleep (no airco)
very nice and cosy atmosphere in this house. very close to Riquewihr by car.
