Sadly we were part way through a road trip down to southern...

Ideally situated just off the motorway, ideal for speedy off and back on the following day. Good stopover with nice restaurant walking distance from hotel. Beds, bedding and towels were crisp white and spotlessly clean room.

Changed our room from ground floor ( which I had requested) because no window but garden-door. Given comfortable room on 1st floor. Very good. Better than standard room for winter as is carpeted. Well used hotel but kept & cleaned very good. Small choice on dinner but tasty & good value. House wine good. Be happy to stay again.

The check in was convenient as we were late so could this via the machine easily enough (it had English as an option which was appreciated). Parking easy next to hotel too.
