the location near the beach. The swimmingpool and the seaview from the apartments. The pleasant treatment from the nice women at the receptiondesk. The railwaystation is nearby and the coastal trains bring you to Menton, Monaco and other places in a nutshell.

The supermarkets are too far out for a walk. You need a car!

Need to bring own linen, which we didn't know about...had to purchase linen.

Gorgeous balcony with a great view. Great location.

There was a bad smell from the kitchen absorber. May be the filter was not changed or cleaned.

We booked the room last minute and were very impressed, we had a lovely balcony/terrace overlooking the bay of Roquebrune Cap Martin. It was a 10 minute walk to the railway station and we took the train many times into Monaco or Menton ,easy and very cheap.(The railway runs along the coast and is 150 metres below balconies, it did not disturb us in any way, quite nice actually)Ticket machine on platform ,buy ticket and validate before boarding train. We used this location for a weekend of Historic motor racing in Monaco and were so pleased with the room/location that we extended our stay. The secure,multi level parking was fantastic.The car lift was very easy to use and the parking places were large. On arrival you are given a small key to call the car lift, ( insert the key, turn and press the call button ,drive into the lift ,switch off engine insert key into interior lift button station and select allocated floor ,lift takes you down ,drive out and park). Different lift to leave parking faciilty,brilliant. We arrived in a very low sports car with a low front spoiler and had no difficulty in negotiating the moulded plastic speed bumps(3) on the entrance to the Residence . Also a laundry room on site with Washing,drying,ironing in one room. We played Ping Pong whilst the washing was on. Last thing closest shops/grocery is left towards Monaco on coast road- 25 mins fast walk or right towards Cap Martin on coast road 25 mins we used both and the cap martin"Spar" was our prefered walk/shop. We also walked down the steps to the beach and along the coast path into Monaco, it took 45 mins slow walking and is up and down all the way, very beautiful and there is a very nice bar/restaurant on route.

A note on the deposit that is required at check-in. A 200 euro charge is held against your payment card but not taken, you are given a check list for all the equipment in the room.On departure if a glass has been broken for example a small charge is made(we paid in cash a few euro,s) and the deposit slip is returned to you,no problem.

Hard to imagine a better place only one train stop ( 5 minutes) from central Monaco. These are studio time shares, and once you get your head around that and understand in advance you have to rent sheets and leave a security deposit it's all fine. The place is excellent, the staff VERY accomindating, the studios are fully equipped for dining in and breakfast, and the views are superb. What you are renting is someone's own little heaven here. Parking is not easy. Internet in the room for a fee. Beds are ok, and you have to make your own. For the money, nothing is better. Take the train into Monaco, easy and cheap - place is up in the hills, easy access by bus also. Bravo to the staff , kind and friendly !

Parking is painful. It's a time share, not a hotel. A good choice once you understand what it is.

Good location for travels with cars. Hotel has secured car parking. We stayed in the apartments for 4 persons. The room was space and very good with fully equipped kitchen (including tea and café maker and dishwasher). Our apartment was on 4 floor with space balcony and beautiful view to the sea. We enjoyed our apartment location. I think that rooms on the 1 floor are not with so beautiful view…. On late arrival quests should contact with the reception. Please note, that at reception personal are only 2-3 hours in the morning and only 2 hours in the afternoon (you should call while there are somebody). But late arrival was without any problems – it was very easy to find the key.

Pas de double vitrage si des gens discute sur les terrasses mais pas tard donc ça passe.

La posizione, la vista sul golfo,la tranquillità,il verde e, in poche parole,...l'atmosfera stupenda dell'ambiente naturale.Gli appartamentini sono confortevoli e completi del necessario ed il personale gentile e simpatico.

Non riesco a trovare nulla che non mi sia piaciuto.....

vicinanza con la spiaggia

Ho prenotato l'anno scorso sempre con Booking.com e avevo cancellato la prenotazione a costo zero fino a 2 giorni prima della partenza. Oggi addebitate 80% della tariffa e non è alta stagione! Il parcheggio è molto scomodo e siamo stati costretti a parcheggiare in strada.

Me ha encantado de todo,especialmente el parking gratuito. Ayuda bastante. Pero eso si.. Hay que tener coche para estar ahí.

El sofá cama

Nulla, non trovavo altra sistemazione in area Montecarlo. Fortunatamente all'ultimo ho avuto disponibilità in un albergo di diversa categoria.

Ho disdetto subito la conferma, dopo avere valutato una serie di evidenti carenze della struttura e della gestione, e richiesto di contenere l'importo della penale considerato che la disdetta interveniva a distanza di poche ore. Ho trovato rigidità, scortesia e scorrettezza considerato che la camera è stata prontamente rivenduta.

Manque de sécurité au niveau du lit superposé

Très bonne situation près du train et des bus pour se rendre à Menton ou Monaco en 15mn. Résidence calme, propre avec petite piscine. Appartement fonctionnel avec terrasse.

Pas de lit double mais un canapé gigogne. Décoration et mobilier très austères. Accès parking avec ascenseur un peu dissuasif.

Plage accessible à pied ( pas aux poussettes car il y a que des escaliers). Bonne Situation géographique. Très bon rapport qualité/prix). Parking sous terrain ce qui est un luxe pour la région surtout en pleine saison. Puis les appartement sont équipés de grande terrasse ou l'on peut bronzer. Pas de vis à vis direct. Et le principal: le beau temps ...

L'odeur des poubelles car le vide ordure est dans le couloir de chaque étage. L'insonorisation pas terrible, ou plutôt voisins peu respectueux. Le manque d'eau chaude en fin de journée.

Studio fonctionnel, propre, bien équipé. Personnel à l'écoute et très sympathique. Belle vue depuis l'appartement. Jolie plage à proximité et belle piscine. Résidence très bien placée, à quelques minutes uniquement de la gare.
