Location was excellent, reception staff very helpful (although we got a poor recommendation on a fish restaurantant) and the hotel was smart, up-to-date, clean & very stylish. Might have a minor reservations about the room (416) where the whb was outside the bathroom and in the bedroom area. Otherwise the room was excellent and liked the Nespresso machine! |

Great hotel in the really center of the city. There are still working in the renovation of the hotel, and in our case there was a lot of noise. Every day at 8:30 we were awake with the sound of people installing windows and building the rooms around us. Room service told us it would stop, but it didn't for the next days. |

Beautifully designed rooms, comfort and proximity to centre of Toulouse. Very limited mini bar. (1 coke, 1 orange juice and 2 bottles of water) Nice coffee machine in the room but no alternative. (Brits need tea now and again!) |

The hotel was located, in the centre of Toulouse. It was very comfortable; the standard of service was good; the room was very clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable! Not the hotel as such, just that there was too little storage space in the room itself - even for two people staying for a weekend - and even though the room was meant to be of 'superior' standard. |

The hotel was very well located and the design of both the hotel and rooms were appealing. Staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. Enjoyed our stay here first time around so were happy to return a week later. |

The hotel is very chic in an old building at the heart of 'Toulouse. The decor and the quality of the interior is very fine indeed. Brilliant air conditioning (silent and effective) and excellent double-glazing enabled a peaceful night despite Bastille Day celebrations taking place outside. The breakfast at 22 euros is rather pricey - it was probably good, but we decided upon the the 5 euro option in the Place Capitole - a moment away. |

Well appointed with all expected ameneties. Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hotel in all aspects except as noted below. The room was very well decorated and individual, but because of the width of the room there was insufficient room to walk properly around the bed. It is understood that room size can only be so big for a certain budget, but ths should not be at the expense of moving propoerly around the room. |

A little hard to find when driving but a lovely welcome. rooms compact but well designed and comfortable.loved the nespresso machine. Unfortunately the member of staff who valet parked the car caused £1000 of damage to it and did not tell us. We only saw it when a different guy returned it. |
