The apartments present fully equipped, ready-to-live-in spaces, complete with optional hotel services including bed and bathroom linen and cleaning service.
Le Grand Balcon features an indoor heated swimming pool, an on-site restaurant and indoor parking, and the Jacuzzi, sauna and hammam are accessible at an additional cost.

Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost. Bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase, bathroom linen set includes terrycloth towel and bath sheets.
End-of-stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end-of-stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.
Security deposit:
A EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check out after room inventory has been checked.
