Firstly , I sent an e-mail to frederic from my daughters cell phone on the 4th sept to advise you that the grand chalet did not have my wife and I booked in for the 3 nights ie 3rd 4th and 5th sept. We showed the the confirmation from yourselves but the hotel was fully booked. Fortunately our daughter was staying at a nearby caravan site and for one night we slept on their settees. We then went back to grand chalet for 2 nights. This is clearly not satisfactory and we expect some recompense for this inconvenience. I would also like to mention that the hotel staff spoke only french not a word of english which begs the question why did you not inform us of this important fact.

The hotel was next to the beach and 5 mins walk to the village centre, with a decent range of cafes,restaurants and gift shops. There was a lovely pool and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was cleaned to a high standard daily and was comfortable, even though the beds were twin! There are places of interest to visit nearby in a car and we would recommend this hotel as a base for the area. we have no complaints.

Accueil chaleureux, service excellent, restaurant remarquable:très bon rapport qualité/prix. Les toilettes de la chambre sont à broyeur: c'est surprenant, mais bof! tout est si bien par ailleurs!

Chambre avec vue sur l'ile d'Oléron, propre, spacieuse et confortable, la situation de l'hôtel sur la plage et surtout le restaurant gastronomique classé dans plusieurs guides : excellent !

Cuisine excellente; situation exceptionnelle. Chambre spacieuse. La chambre aurait eu besoin d'être rénovée. Mais à notre grande surprise, on nous a réclamé, lors du payement, 10€ par jour de supplément parce-que nous avions réservé via vos services.

De ligging is fantastisch, zeker de kamers aan zee. De kamers waren schoon en werden goed schoongemaakt. Het toilet veel te veel lawaai, zeker s,nachts. De badkamer veel en veels te klein. Meubilair niet in orde veel stuk. Voor de prijs mag dit zeker beter, verder het linnengoed oke. Dekens op bed is niet zo hygienisch. Matrassen waren goed.

Nous avions une chambre sans vue sur la mer qui n'appelle pas beaucoup de commentaires sinon qu'elle était très silencieuse mais sans doute un peu étroite. Le plus remarquable de cet établissement, outre son emplacement en bord de mer, est son restaurant d'une qualité tout à fait exceptionnelle.

La proximité avec les restaurants et la plage, le calme, la vue sur la mer le matin au petit déjeuner Le bruit des toilettes (sanibroyeur), la marche devant la porte de la chambre ainsi que l'etroitesse de la porte, impossible d'y faire passer une poussette sans la démonter.

Chambre moyenne ,le matelat tres mauvaise qualite,lasalle de bain petite ,la douche faite pour des jeunes et tres mince de plus dangereuse car tros haute ,avions du mal à ressortir peur de glisser et de tomber.tres bruyante car situee cote rue.nous avons tres mal dormis .le parking ne correspond pas aux nombres de chambres.le petit déjeuner moyen vu le prix.mais surtout surprise au moment du depart le prix ne correspondé pas à celui vu sur internet pour la réservation .trés deçue par ses vacances.

Près du centre ville Un matelas trop dur. On entend beaucoup de bruits extérieurs, quant à ceux de l'intérieur on entend même marcher pied nu. Je me suis même demandé s'il y avait bien une cloison sous le papier peint. Y avez- vous couché vous-même? Dans votre questionnaire il manque dans les buts: étape

Proximité plage et forêt de pins pour marcher et quelques bons restos à quelques mètres rapport qualité/prix extras. Le petit déjeuner pas assez copieux pour 9 Euros très très classique et la personne qui gérait la salle des P.Déj. Pas professionnelle et bruyante
