Location excellent for a Country Location yet only 20 minutes by car from central Geneva and 15 minutes to the airport. Poor quality breakfast for the price I would have expected a better range of available international items. Definately not worth the 19 Euros (PLUS 20% VAT !!) they charge. Poor service ... after having made the reservations (2 rooms) the Saturday before arriving (on Sunday) I received a mail advising that all the amenaties (Pool, Spa, Massage etc) were closed ... left no time to cancel and book elsewhere. General condition of the hotel/casino .... "run down" and in need of renovation.

the location, everything else is really rune down the service has been excellent a few years ago, no no comment... Terrible breakfast for 4 star hotel!

Nice lobby, view, historical ambience. Carpets in lobbies, halls running bare. Hotel is beginning to slip in quality. Breakfast not good enough for € 22 / breakfast. Asking for cappuchino ends up taking 10 minutes to receive.

The room was well prepared and comfortble Arabic channels are availabe Connecting rooms were perfect ..... The breakfast was very little and no varayties ..... I had problem , at the time of check in the staff has told me that breakfast is included , however at the check out I had to pay for the breakfast cuz of mistake of that staff

Very convient to Geneva, stayed at the hotel while waiting for our furniture to arrive at our new flat. We liked everything about the hotel, beds were comfortable, pillows too. Nice big balcony over looking the very nice poo, pet friendly. Great town to walk around in with shops and resturants to try, not to far from the Aboune outlet mall. The shower was a tub and shower combo, very hard to not have water all over the place and the shower head was positioned so that it was difficult to get wet, you were cold during most of your shower! I suggest using the showers down in the spa area.

The staff were fantastic, the pool very nice especially the paddling pool for the kids. Food was good, room service very prompt. All in all a great place to stay and will return. Slight downside is a lack of kids menu for the food but that's it.

Check-out procedure was awful. Took forever. They had four staff members at the reception, yet only one person managed to handle the check-out. Although I settled the bill the night prior to departure and had prepaid the breakfast for my parents (who were the guests), my parents were still approached the next day to settle the breakfast fee. Took them a while to convince staff that this had already been settled.

L'accueil,la disponibilité et la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel de l'hôtel. Cet hôtel nous a contactés avant notre séjour pour nous proposer de retenir une table dans les différents restaurants du domaine afin de ne pas être pris au dépourvu à notre arrivée.Nous avons vraiment apprécié.. Divonne est trés bien situé,à deux pas de la Suisse et du Lac Léman et trés prés du col de la Faucille .

Tout d'abord et surtout, l'incroyable style "Art déco" de l'établisssement, la beauté des salons, des couloirs et des chambres. Et puis, la qualité de l'accueil, du service en chambre, la gentillesse du personnel dans les moindres petits détails. Un petit "couac" avec le Centre de beauté. J'avais téléphoné le samedi après-midi pour un massage et comme c'était une boîte vocale, j'ai laissé un message. L'esthéticienne ne m'a rappelé que le lendemain à 9 heures (mon mari dormait encore) pour me dire que, de toute fa4On, il n'y avait plus un seul créneau horaire disponible. Un peu "léger"...

Ausgezeichnete Lage in der Nähe des Casinos, schöner Park, viel Atmosphäre des alten Gebäudes, trotzdem technische Ausstattung top. Ideal mit Hund (extra Napf im Badezimmer), da direkt Spaziergang vom Hotel aus, wegen enormem Schneefall etwas eingeschränkt. Leider zu wenig Zeit gehabt, den Spa und das Restaurant zu besuchen. Vermutlich komme ich im Sommer wieder einmal.
