The location was excellent. Parking was available which was a huge bonus! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. A great visit! |

The hotel is in a very nice setting, right by the lake and within reach of the Vosges mountains and beautiful villages like Colmar and Riquewihr. The hotel did not have air conditioning and it was too hot to sleep in the rooms. We couldn't open windows because of the noise outside. We booked a table in the restaurant on the Sunday night after choosing a menu which was displayed. When we arrived, again, the temperature in the restaurant was unbearable and we were told that there was only a buffet. We left, as we wanted waiter service and then had trouble finding a restaurant which was open.Such a shame, our stay could have been so nice. |

friendly helpfull staff looked like 5 star when we arrived heated outdoor pool very nice with bar reasonable prices.right in town by bars and restaurants but still quiet at night. seperate w.c. but extractor fan not sufficient so we had toilet smells in the room |

Excellent hotel, superior room is beautiful. Nice village, hotel is near the lake Gerardmer. Worth more then 3 stars in our opinion. Owner was very interested in our opinion. Breakfastconcept is ridiculous, standard price is €16,- supplement of €8,- when you want eggs for breakfast. Better have breakfast at a local terrace for €6,-..... |

The hotel was very comfortable and there were three restuarants to choose from, so there was an option for a gourmet style meal [at a price], a restuarant providing local cuisine and a very good, and popular restuarant providing a good choice at a reasonable price. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. |

Nous sommes des clients réguliers de l'hôtel. Est ce parce que nous avons cette fois ci réservé par le net que nous avons été parqués au fin fond du 4ème étage (sinistre) alors que l'établissement était loin d'être complet ? Quant à la restauration, elle est toujours aussi décevante. |

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Die Gestaltung und Ausstattung der Räume im Parterre ist außerordentlich gut gelungen, sehr geschmackvoll. Dies betrifft insbesondere die Bar. Hervorzuheben ist auch der hervorragende Barpianist, der am 6.11.2009 auch bei schlecht besetzter Bar mit großem Engagement und Können sein Publikum unterhielt. Der Preis von 16 Euro pro Person für das Frühstück ist bei diesem bescheidenen Frühstücksbuffet völlig unangemessen. Dass in diesem Preis zwar gebratener Speck, aber nicht die dazugehörenden Spiegel- oder Rüheier enthalten sind und diese dann mit zusätzlichen 6 Euro bezahlt werden müssen, ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Eine für uns völlig neue Erfahrung war auch, dass die Angestellten das Buffet schon während der offiziellen Frühstückszeit (samstags bis 10:30 Uhr) abräumen und lange Zeit niemand im Frühstückszimmer anzutreffen ist, bei dem man um 10:20 Uhr wenigstens noch Brötchen, Butter und Marmelade bestellen kann, nachdem schon alles abgeräumt ist (so geschehen am 7.11.2009). |

L'insonorisation des chambres et leur confort, l'accueil du personnel. Les poils qui étaient derrière la porte des toilettes et que les femmes de ménage ne voient pas car elle ne prennent apparemment pas la peine de refermer la porte pour nettoyer derrière celle-ci (les toilettes sont relativement petites) et la moquette car je fais de l'allergie à la poussière... |

Personnel accueillant et disponible. Espace Détente (Piscine, Jacuzzi, Sauna) haut de gamme. Chambre agréable Buffet de petit déjeuner un peu cher (16 €) mais complet. Buffet ouvert jusqu'à 10h30 mais une serveuse qui retire le buffet à 09h50.... Il a été maintenu ouvert sur ma demande....... Il suffit de demander !!!! |

L'hotel est en train d'être rénové et nécessite encore quelques travaux pour peaufiner l'aspect. Notamment les balcons sont en très mauvais état. La situation géographique de l'hotel vaut cependant le détour. |
