Coffee was terrible and the bed wasn't the best.

Just love this hotel. I have not met more eager, friendly and proficient reception staff anywhere in the world. Valet parking, free and fast wifi, well-designed modern rooms (though in an old building.) Just great.

Everything! The staff is super, professional, smart and genuinely helpful. The design is georgous and very unique, the beds are marvelous, immaculately clean, very quiet and well located. I hope that I can visit again and again. The hotel is like an elegant 5 star spa.

The signage is difficult to spot when on the street at night. Maybe this can be fixed, or perhaps first time guests could be told that the entrance is small and next to the Pharmacie?

The hotel has a great location very near to the city centre's Touist attractions and shops. There is also a parking garage nearby. The hotel itself is nice and modern with a nice decor. Staff are nice and friendly.

The Internet signal is a bit patchy as I would only get a signal near the door to my room.

The staff could not have been more helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and the hotel has a great location right in the centre of town.

I was really pleased with the warm and friendly staff who were ever ready with advice. The breakfast was perfect with Nespresso coffee selection and a wide variety of a la carte options.

It was VERY dificult to come to the hotel. Many one way roads.

Stayed here over night, I was upgraded to a better room, on top floor, free of charge w/o my request! Room was really nice & quite (which is always important), no view though. Breakfast was ok for €19/person. I would recommend walking to Paul's though! Valet parking (€19) was a plus. Bed comfort was average. Staff were hospitable & helpful. I would stay here again!

Facilities are attractive, clean and comfortable, and that staff are superb. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in central Grenoble. Don't be fooled by the modest exterior. This hotel is first rate.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Comfortable, clean room. Good central location. Help with parking.

Heating system in the room did not warm the bathroom and toilet.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I arrived 3 hours before check in time with two young children and the staff went out of their way to allow us to check in early. We greatly appreciated this and we will definitely stay again next time we are in Grenoble.

Staff were incredibly helpful when we wanted to change our booking from 2 people to 3. And when we needed things such as a corkscrew, meat and cheese knives to enjoy some wine, meat and cheese we purchased in Grenoble in our room.

Stuff was very nice, gave possibility to stay longer without charging extra. Breakfast was high quality, not wide range, but everything what necessary. Room is normal cosy, bed is comfortable

Be careful do not miss hotel if you drive it is just in the center, but sign is not visible well, plastic chairs not comfortable. All the rest was good, especially attitude of hotel team

The staff were extremely friendly and hepful. The hotel is situated just a short walk from the charming city centre, the shops, and all the restaurants.

Location. It is situated close to the town centre.

Needs a bit of renovation in places.
