It was such a different place to our home town, pleasant to...
It was such a different place to our home town, pleasant to walk around (in good shoes - some of the paving is uneven ), the walk up to the castle provided good exercise and fabulous views, well worth the effort and entry price. Good for a base to explore from, Catalunya not far away, relatively quiet roads to travel on. Speaking French helps.....ours not so good - Google translate helps !TinaSpain

The very friendly hosts speak both English and French fluently, the Hotel bar offers simple but delicious meals, and serves their own (excellent) beers. Great place for hikes in the surrounding mountains, Spain can be reached on foot. Rooms are simple but comfortable. Overall very good value for money. An excellent place to stay.HubertNetherlands

Gorgeous views of the village and fortress on the hill above the town. A very comfortable room. The hotel has a reasonably-priced Michelin listed restaurant that we unfortunately could not take advantage of as it was closed on Tuesdays. Good breakfast. All-in-all a very good value.
