I liked the location. Breakfast was ok for 8 euros - jam, 1 croisant, 2 pains au chocolat, 1 piece of bread, butter, white cheese, nutella, orange juice a big coffee. The people are great and helpful. A little bit basic but I did not mind.

The location was excellent, very close to the Eurostar and train stations, and only a minutes walk from the city centre. Friendly staff, very helpful in finding out about the Eurostar delays (due to snowstorm!) Small bathroom, can hear people entering nearby rooms.

perfect location - very friendly Travelled with elderly lady beware VERY small lift and stairs very difficult. Tea/Coffee making facilities would be a real bonus in the rooms.

The situation was excellent; all the staff were helpful and spoke good english and answered a numberf of questions about Lille for us. There was nothing that we didn't like; only slight drawback was the lack of soya milk for coffee but that was a very minor issue.

The central location and the friendliness of all the staff. Would prefer a bath to a shower. Would like proper mugs and glasses with tea and coffee as opposed to plastic ones.

Situation centrale, salle de bains récemment rénovée, calme (fenêtre sur une rue perpendiculaire au boulevard). Bon rapport qualité prix. Tout était bien. Il est vrai que les portes ne sont pas épaisses et vaut mieux avoir des voisins silencieux, ce qui était mon cas.

L'accueil et le sens du service du personnel Le petit déjeuner qui est un peu trop austère, pas de fruit, pas de fromage, il pourrait être un peu plus fourni quitte à payer 1 ou 2 euros de plus.
