Good value, comfortable room, sea view, pool open despite being at the end of October. They also arranged fantastic weather!

The reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The view from the room was breathtaking and the apartments are in a great central location.

The only negative thing I could say (and I may be being picky) is that there is no kettle in the room so you have to boil a saucepan. There are no English translations for the menus in the restaurant.

The staff are excellent and could not be more helpful. They go out of their way to help you. The view to the sea is amazing from the balcony which is very spacious. Really handy to have the kitchenette for storing food and drinks even if you don't want to cook.

Great location and good value for money. We were 4 adults and we booked the largest suite, advertised for 4-6 persons. It would have been pretty cramped for 6.Concierge was very helpful and friendly.

The staff were very accommodating and the position of the hotel, so close to the beaches, market and centre, was fantastic. The room (a studio) was very cosy and cute and fine with a baby and a 4-year-old.

The lack of kettle and toaster in the room made breakfast for the kids a bit more challenging than we would have liked.

renovation work was noisy and started too early (8:30) we are on holiday and out all day but this early was unacceptable.

Great value and a great staff. My friends and I stayed in a four person room on tthe top floor with the best veiw I have ever seen out of a hotel window. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful... I got a free toothbruth and the helped me find my bad I had left on a bus... Biarritz public transportation saved my life by bringing my bag back to me! (Heated pool with a diving board.... need I say more?)

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our studio was clean, spacious, well equipped and had a great view of Biarritz. The location was excellent for walking around centre of town and getting to the beach. Although we didn't eat in the restaurant the menu looked appetising and good value.

The apartment was spacious, well stocked with cooking utensils and crockery. The seaview was good in our room. The hotel had a friendly atmosphere and was in a good position for the town and beaches. There were a number of mature couples in the hotel and activites/excursions were available. I will return.

Kitchenette enables you to find treasure at the market and cook it yourself with a fantastic view of the Atlantic and the surfers. Very close to market, beach, centre.

That we were able to make our own breakfast (or other simple meals had we wished), and there was a very reasonably priced restaurant on site. The swimming pool was good too. The reception staff were very friendly, and spoke excellent English. The garage at a few euros per night was perfect as parking during the day on the streets nearby was impossible.

It wasn't that easy to find. Sat Nav came to the rescue though.

I liked that it offered apartments which is very practical. The apartment was clevely laid out with a spacious balcony.

The apartment ceiling could do with some paint.

great view of sea, lovely balcony to eat and relax, very cnvenient for all local beaches and biarritz town, good cooking facilities to cook local seafood!

parking difficult but always just managed to get a free space.
