The room had an odd odor most likely from formaldahyde in the carpet. Fortuntely we were able to open the window and doors to lessenhte odor. It had an adverse impact on my wife's allergies.

lovely hotel in a beautiful setting The restaurant, which is supposed to have a very good reputation, is closed on Sunday night- which was the night of our arrival and we weren't aware of this prior to our arrival.

Excellente situation en ville mais avec un grand parc,avec parking très facile et gratuit.Décoration un peu datée mais en très bon état;établissement impeccable au niveau de la propreté et chambres à la surface très correcte.Hotel calme,bien chauffé -équipements en parfait état-et réception compétente. 2 restrictions: -l'ascenseur (trop)solitaire qui fait ce qu'il peut. -le petit déjeuner qui ne vaux pas ses 12€ ( mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la chambre pour un petit déjeuner léger).

Le personnel était très dédoué et poli. La chambre était propre et avait tout le confort prévu dans la présentation. Le prix de la chambre était très intéressant. Le dîner était très bien (petite carte mais ce qui a été servi était délicieux). Malheureusement, le matelas et les oreillers étaient trop durs pour bien dormir; peut-être investir dans le futur dans le confort de la literie.

En allant sur votre site, j'étais heureuse d'avoir le grand Monarque proposé, je le connaissais de réputation dans le passé - Votre prix était attractif, je n'ai donc pas hésité et heureuse de passer une nuit dans cet hotel - Je n'ai pas été déçu, le personnel est vraiment à l'écoute, chaleureux et compétent - Si je reviens dans la région et que vous me proposez cet hotel je le sélectionnerais sans hésiter. L'hotel est très confortable - de Plus le parking est protégé et fermé.

J'ai quitté l'hôtel après y avoir séjourné une nuit, j'ai annulé les trois nuits suivantes pour les raisons suivantes: -restaurant fermé (très peu pratique pour les déplacements professionnels où vous n'avez aucune envie de sortir diner à l'extérieur après une longue journée qui se termine très tard) -propreté limite: insecte mort sur la moquette au pied du lid -environnement général dans l'hôtel angoissant, triste et froid

"Problème technique" sur le chauffage, (donc radiateur d'appoint qu'il a fallu régler tout au long de la nuit, "problème technique" sur canalsat, parking "handicapé" pas réellement à proximité entrée + marches pour y accéder. Une mauvaise nuit en conséquence. Seul geste en compensation : petit déjeuner offert. Plus que décevant.

Nous avons aimé la proximité de la ville tout en étant dans un parc arboré,donc en pleine nature. Le plateau petit-déjeûner copieux. Etant logés au premier étage,nous avons été dérangés par des bruits venant du rdc (déplacements de chaises et tables le soir tard)et le matin par des bruits de pas (talons sur le carrelage) en bref,une isolation phonique insatisfaisante. Le lit recouvert d'une couette ne nous permettait pas de nous recouvrir avec seulement le drap tant il faisait chaud dans la chambre.
