Clean, efficient hotel. Nice bathroom and good clean beds.

Restaurant was over-rated. Acceptable, but not particularly noteworthy.

Wrong Star classification. Wrong description at Booking web site. Lack of maintenance, no swimming pool (it seems permanently closed). Expensive price versus expectation (looks as a 2 stars hotel).

We had booked a family room 5 weeks before we travelled to break a long drive from the south of France to London. The air conditioning in the room on one of the hottest days of the year was not working. We asked for different rooms but only one was available. The fridge did not work, nor did the replacement. No manager was available on a Sunday. The restaurant is closed on a Sunday. Two of us barely slept as the room was so hot and stuffy, or loud with the windows open. Next day the manager justified our lack of air conditioning as being because the hotel couldn't repair things until the insurance had seen the faults caused by a thunderstorm 2 weeks previous! He could find no excuse for failing to e-mail us to give us a choice of staying there. We offered to pay for the one room we had found comfortable. He tried to charge us 99 euros for this when the displayed price was 75 and then lost his temper when we challenged this. He eventually settled when we asked for his reason and the name of the owner in writing. 12 eurose each for continental breakfast. Avoid this place: poor management.

The restaurant, which is supposed to have a very good reputation, is closed on Sunday night- which was the night of our arrival and we weren't aware of this prior to our arrival.

Déjà le patron de l'hôtel avait mal lu la réservation et il n'y avait plus de lit pour notre fils.IL A fallut que nous dormions a 3 dans le LIT.Le patron nous a laissé espérer jusqu'à 21h nous disant qu'il allait trouver une solution.Mais non.Ensuite le petit déjeuner a été catastrophique.Nous sommes arrivés vers 8h40;et il n'y avait plu de salade de fruits,les pains au chocolat était écrasé et il a fallut attendre 10 min pour avoir tasse à thé,cuillère...De plus pour se servir il n'y a pas de pinces de service ,il faut se servir avec les doigts.Plein de café par terre vers la machine à café(sol glissant).Une fois que nous avons réglé l'employée s'est rappelée qu'elle ne devait pas nous faire payer les petits dej.(geste commercial)mais ayant payé par carte bleue elle n'avait pas la carte pour nous recréditer.Voilà.l'enfer.

Il d'agit d'un hôtel 2 étoiles et non 3.
