The amenities were excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean, and welcoming. I highly recommend it for groups travelling on a budget. The stove wasn't working. Apart from that, everything else was perfect. |

Big, spacious rooms with kitchen annex, pretty good localization (close to the metro station), efficient air conditioning. Horrible lift, we've waited with our baggage about 7 minutes for it to come, not so nice smell, staff do not clean the rooms (you have to do it on your own), no tea or coffee and a kettle. |

The room was clean when we entered. Most of the rooms are in the back where you don't hear the street. They're also out of the sun in the morning. Airco worked well. Close to a metro station and a morning market. Prepare to buy own toilet paper when you finish the only roll you get for 5 days. Same with shampoo. Rooms aren't being cleaned during the stay; at least once would be acceptable. |

Keep in mind that this is "Residhotel", it means it is not a classic one. Location is very good and has metro station in proximity. Wireless Internet is working in room (7eur/day). Having ability to prepare your own meals could save your day. They don't clean your room (that is your job, all "tools" are present in the room) and don't change towels. Rooms are renovated recently but hotel itself looks quite old. Parking garage is a public one and hotel is not accessible directly from it (but still very close to). |

Absolutely nothing!!! The staff was horrible and very unhelpful, the room smelled terrible. I wouldn`t recomend it to anyone. No internet and did not care about it. Please do not go to that hotel. For that price you can stay at a much better hotel. I didn´t like anything. Terrible!!! Maybe those reviews that we read before were writen by their own staff cause everything wasn´t that good. Horrible. We stayed in different hotels and hostels during our trip to europe and never felt like in this one. Eventhough we stayed in hostels sharing room with 16 people.... Do not go to this hotel |

The furniture in the rooms looked new and it was also tasteful. The room was big and the bed was comfortable enough. At first, there was also the idea of having a cooking corner (kitchen is a bit too much of a word) and the large balcony. First of all, the staff does not speak English. They just listen to what you have to say to them and then answer in French, mostly with "Je ne sais pas.". They were not rude in any way, they were just very unprepared for their jobs. Then, the room had a terrible smell coming from the air conditioning which made it difficult to breathe during the night. When we tried to cook some pasta we realised that there was no ventilation and the hot air condensed on the furniture and started leaking. There was also no washing liquid or sponge and the balcony furniture was dirty and we could not enjoy it. The parking space belongs to another company and it's hard to find the man in charge, not to mention the stairway smelled like piss and were so dirty. |

We paid 60 euro pr. Night. At that price the hotel is great. The staff was very nice and helpful (I arrived at 7 in the morning, and got the room immediately). The room had aircon, a balcony, a fine kitchen and was quite big. Only problem is, that the floor was rather dirty, and the 3 days we stayed there was no cleaning (not even someone making the bed or changing the towels) so at the end of our stay, the floor looked really nasty!. But besides from that is was a fine hotel – and the location was also rather good. more cleaning! |

Its location is quite convenient, close to the tube, which connects u to the centre, the beach or the train statio etc. The hotel staff was nice, even though whenever we had questions about the town they didnt seem to have the answers for us. The room was well equiped, it was pleasant to have a fridge a cooking facilities. The room was quite big as well and more or less quiet. When we walked in, the room smellt really funny, I can´t even describe what kind of smell it was. More importantly, we really lacked the room service. The towels are not changed every day, I believe they only clean up after u leave. This is something that is nowadays standard service in any hotel, so I found it quite inconvenient. Also, one of the mornings, we only got lukewarm water. |

Our room had a kitchenette, air condition and a nice balcony. Beds were comfortable, everything clean and in good shape. Staff is friendly and easy-going. The hotel has a free baggage room. Location is near Metro, busses, Parc Chanot (conference center). Most suitable if you want good connections to both, city and beaches. Rooms do not get cleaned during your stay (unless you ask for it?), no hairdryer. |

Enjoy the comfort of a 3-star hotel restaurant in the centre of Marseille with all the necessary amenities for work and leisure. |
The residence is ideally situated, just a few steps away from the old harbour of Marseilles. We also have easy access to the Colbert station of the Métro. |
The residence is located in a residential district near the city centre and right by the Palais des Congrès (exhibition centre). |
The residence enjoys a unique position, between the seafront ant the city centre, 2 minutes away from the business area and from the Prado quarter. It is surrounded by luxuriant green areas. |
