We have enjoyed our stay because we were able to self-cater with the small kitchen which is fully equiped . And also, the hotel is not too far from the beach. |

Clean and Tidy. Had a room with two beds, another room with TV/Kitchen and Sofa which turned into two single beds. Very happy with the facilities. The air conditioning was noisy and didn't actually cool the room at all. All noise and no action. Would be nice if washing up liquid was provided so when you use the kitchen you can actually wash up after!! |

The apartment was big and comfortable The air condition was out of order, they told us that some works of maintenance were taking place, but as it was a week end, nobody was working at the moment. The weather was very hot, at least we expected a fan or something. We chose the hotel particularly because of the supposed air condition. |

The hotel is clean and habitable, and the rooms comfortable. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn;t very efficient. I thought the reception staff were a little robotic. If you have a problem don't waste your time complaining to them. They seem to be just there to get you in and out. |

Personnel was OK. Location is good and close to a metro station. Breakfast good. Bedroom too small for 4 persons, AC did not work properly and they weren't able to repair and we had to leave 1 day earlier. Since they collected the money at arrival I am here requesting a refund for the last day I didn't stay due to the broken AC. Please put the credit on my credit card. Broben AC and room too small for 4 persons. |

It fitted our buget. The metro is convinient. We stayed for two nights, with a day to seperate. We got a really big room on the second time, which was cozy. The first room was very small. We were five people. There was not enough pillows and covers/sheets at first. We got a few more covers from the reception and used the winter blanket as pillows. |

price The heating did not work properly in the first and second days and, as the reception desk closes at 11 pm, we didn´t have anyone to ask for help, so we "freezed" all night. It was fixed properly only the last day. They don´t replace towels neither make the room (no hotel facilities). Acess to internet was broken. No restaurants for dinner in close distance. |

We stayed for two nights. Staff were polite and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Great location - a four minute walk to buses and the Metro for a ten minute ride to the city centre. Marseille has an excellent public transport set-up. |

The amenities were excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean, and welcoming. I highly recommend it for groups travelling on a budget. The stove wasn't working. Apart from that, everything else was perfect. |

Big, spacious rooms with kitchen annex, pretty good localization (close to the metro station), efficient air conditioning. Horrible lift, we've waited with our baggage about 7 minutes for it to come, not so nice smell, staff do not clean the rooms (you have to do it on your own), no tea or coffee and a kettle. |

The room was clean when we entered. Most of the rooms are in the back where you don't hear the street. They're also out of the sun in the morning. Airco worked well. Close to a metro station and a morning market. Prepare to buy own toilet paper when you finish the only roll you get for 5 days. Same with shampoo. Rooms aren't being cleaned during the stay; at least once would be acceptable. |
