Excellent location, facilities fairly complete. Staff not really helpful/friendly: we came in a group of 5, only given one door card and one Wifi access. Only upon request that we're given extra. Car park supposed to be 12.80 Euro for hotel guest but when we left, we're charged the usual 16.00 Euro, even with the hotel's stamp. We don't know why, but since we're leaving, we didn't turn back and find out.

The hotel is located near metro station. There is also a good quality supermarket nearby. The staff didn't speak English well. There were no equipments for dishwashing in our room.

This hotel is located in a good place, very near to metro and bus station, also safe at night. A parking garage just in front of hotel (12euro per night). Man can cook in room. There are many cooking tools. A (big) supermarket at the corner, open from 7am till 10pm.

Close to public transport. Close to supermarket. Washing machine available. Facility to hang up washing (ie. Do not have to use the drier). No cloth available for wiping up the kitchen bench or dining table. Beds were quite hard, not overly comfortable. Second bedroom very small (with bunk beds).

The cleaning policy was little bit surprice (it wasn´t mentiened anywhere in booking process) and the note about it on the table made me little bit angry. You are supossed to clean the room in hostels not in hotels...

The room is comfort and spacious. It is value for money. The staff at the front desk is not that friendly and the room cleansing service policy is stange (no such service if the booking is less that 6 days so that I need to urge to fill the shower gel and change the towels). The paid internet service in the hotel lobby is only in French that I am not familar with and cannot get any help from the front desk.

The room was clean and comfortable, The kitchen was well-equipped. The room was well furnished and had a balcony. The hotel staff was helpful. The hotel is situated very close to metro station and there are a supermarket and a brasserie nearby. I would like to stay there if I visit Marseille again. I stayed in winter and the air condition was not enough for heating. I asked for a heater and the reception provided me one the next day.

. Un parking vinci sous terrain est juste en face de l'hôtel au prix de 12 € par jour et la station de métro est à 2 min à pied. Appartement 4 pers asez vétuste manquant de confort. Terrasse donnant sur des toits. Aucun effort sur la décoration de l'appartement

Sa proximité d'une station de métro. Accessibilité au centre ville. Personnel accueillant. A mon prochain séjour sur Marseille, je reviendrais sans hésitation. Matelas un peu dure. Les évacuations de salle de bain bouchées. Pas d'aspirateur pour faire le ménage. Frigidaire un peu bruyant.

Excellent: grand balcon, cuisine, à pied au centre ville, métro très proche, mini supermarché très proche, calme, la chambre bien nettoyé. Temperature dans la chambre très chaude et mal à régler. Si la porte de balcon était ouvert, la pluie entrerait dans la chambre. J'' ai demandé pour deux lits séparé ( parce que je suis des amies et pas une couple), mais nous avons eu une grande lit.

“excellent value for money, very helpful staff, really lovely apartment lots of space very modern, all the things a family might need for a short stay (vacuum, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, micro, all range of crockery pots pans utensils, hairdryer ironing board and iron, safe deposit box, cleaning materials etc) We stayed with our two pre school kids for a few days and really loved this apart-hotel.
