Residhotel Le Grand Prado  

Excellent location, facilities fairly complete.

Staff not really helpful/friendly: we came in a group of 5, only given one door card and one Wifi access. Only upon request that we're given extra. Car park supposed to be 12.80 Euro for hotel guest but when we left, we're charged the usual 16.00 Euro, even with the hotel's stamp. We don't know why, but since we're leaving, we didn't turn back and find out.

Being able to stay as a family of four with two children under seven in one room. Also, flexible over storing suitcase/bags outside period room was booked. And good breakfast.

Nice Hotel staff, big rooms, car parking directly below the hotel.

Hard to find, expensive additional services (breakfast 8,50 Euro per person, car parking 12 Euro per day)

The hotel is very near to the metro station, which adds a lot of convenience. English speaking, helpful hotel staff. Good breakfast as well.

Located in a very busy and dirty part of the city. No decent parking for vans. Street side only for cars with luggage racks. Do not recommend this hotel

Poor accomidations. A decent breakfast, however.

It served us well considering the location and the purpose of our stay in Marseille.

The main problem for us was the air conditioning that was so noisy that it was almost unusable.

Spacious room with balcony and space to dry your clothes. Little kitchen with microwave. Parking is possible on the street near the hotel

We had an apartement for 6 persons. We were a family of 5 persons and the apartment was clean and spacious.

The location. It is a bit difficult to find.

The Hotel is old, carpet very old :(

Perfect choise for our little group of 3. We had a nice one bedroom appartment with a little open kitchen and a balcon with a view to the Notre Dame de la Garde. There is a supermarket and even a market nearby (Mon-Sat, food a bit further, also cheap clothes, jewellery and bags, flowers on Friday). Cleaning and chainging towels once during our 5 day-stay was quite enought. Metro and a bus stop are close by. We also walked to the vieux port a couple of times.

Could accommodate up to 6 people in its apartment very comfortably.

Staff were not very helpful. Did not advice us against parking along the streets, which resulted in our car being towed away.

Le point fort des residhotel sont leur kitchenette integree aux studios, avec refrigerateur, pour une parfaite autonomie (petit dejeuner et diner). La situation, sur la ligne de metro de la gare de marseille st charles et la presence proche des arrets de bus menant aux calanques en font un camp de base parfait pour un sejour sportif ou de ballades en nature!
