Residhotel Le Grand Prado

Deviam de limpar os quartos todos os dias. Em três noites que lá passei não limparam uma única vez. Assim como as toalhas nunca foram mudadas.

Disponibilidade e simpatia dos funcionários. Boa localização. Muito perto de autocarro e metro (a pé também não fica muito longe da baixa da cidade. Possibilidades de efectuar compras para as refeições.

Classifiquei a limpeza como medíocre, não pelo facto de não estar limpo quano cheguei. Efectivamente estava tudo limpo.Mas, durante a estadia, não foi levantado o lixo, não foi foi feita qualquer limpeza nem foram mudadas as toalhas. Não se trata de uma queixa, mas de uma constatação. Mudar esta actuação seria bom.

It was cheap

The room wasnt fully equipped. We had to ask for towels.

The amenities were excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean, and welcoming. I highly recommend it for groups travelling on a budget.

The stove wasn't working. Apart from that, everything else was perfect.

Big, spacious rooms with kitchen annex, pretty good localization (close to the metro station), efficient air conditioning.

Horrible lift, we've waited with our baggage about 7 minutes for it to come, not so nice smell, staff do not clean the rooms (you have to do it on your own), no tea or coffee and a kettle.

The room was clean when we entered. Most of the rooms are in the back where you don't hear the street. They're also out of the sun in the morning. Airco worked well. Close to a metro station and a morning market.

Prepare to buy own toilet paper when you finish the only roll you get for 5 days. Same with shampoo. Rooms aren't being cleaned during the stay; at least once would be acceptable.

Absolutely nothing!!! The staff was horrible and very unhelpful, the room smelled terrible. I wouldn`t recomend it to anyone. No internet and did not care about it. Please do not go to that hotel. For that price you can stay at a much better hotel.

I didn´t like anything. Terrible!!! Maybe those reviews that we read before were writen by their own staff cause everything wasn´t that good. Horrible. We stayed in different hotels and hostels during our trip to europe and never felt like in this one. Eventhough we stayed in hostels sharing room with 16 people.... Do not go to this hotel

Nice hotel in romantic city. The price and hotel enviroment stick to 3* standard.

We paid 60 euro pr. Night. At that price the hotel is great. The staff was very nice and helpful (I arrived at 7 in the morning, and got the room immediately). The room had aircon, a balcony, a fine kitchen and was quite big. Only problem is, that the floor was rather dirty, and the 3 days we stayed there was no cleaning (not even someone making the bed or changing the towels) so at the end of our stay, the floor looked really nasty!. But besides from that is was a fine hotel – and the location was also rather good.

convenient, near metro station, room is large

Its location is quite convenient, close to the tube, which connects u to the centre, the beach or the train statio etc. The hotel staff was nice, even though whenever we had questions about the town they didnt seem to have the answers for us. The room was well equiped, it was pleasant to have a fridge a cooking facilities. The room was quite big as well and more or less quiet.

When we walked in, the room smellt really funny, I can´t even describe what kind of smell it was. More importantly, we really lacked the room service. The towels are not changed every day, I believe they only clean up after u leave. This is something that is nowadays standard service in any hotel, so I found it quite inconvenient. Also, one of the mornings, we only got lukewarm water.
