Very clean, crisp, well decorated and good facilities. Staff were polite and helpful. Pleasant location

No air conditioning and it was extremely hot. As our room faced onto the street, we could not leave the windows open at night.

Reception staff were excellent and very helpful giving us space to keep our bicycles indoors.

Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean

The hotel promises WiFi (wlan). I was given the login details. They didn't work. The clerk at reception couldn't help, he said he had no idea. That was that. The clark next morning said that I should have been given a different code, that the nightshift clerk had obviously been unaware of proper procedure. Errors can happen. However, both clerks were utterly indifferent to the fact that an important part of the service promise had been broken. Not due to adverse circumstances but due to an annoying "couldn't care less" attitude.

Private free car park immediately across the road is excellent for a city hotel. The hotel is stylishly decorated inside, in corridors and open spaces. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel receptionist had no record of our booking, but fortunately there was availability and he was able to accommodate us. He was most helpful and telephoned our next hotel to confirm our booking for the following night, which thankfully was in order.

No restaurant service available on Monday evening, unsure if this applies to other days. The hotel is not obvious from the street (Rue Dachery), better street level signage would help, particularly if arriving by car. The breakfast room is a little drab.

The location was perfect for participating in a cycling event. The rooms were clean and modern, if a little worn, but were maintained well. There was a functioning safe and coffee bar. The location was close enough to the city center and Basilica to walk to about five minutes. One previous post complained about the walk uphill to the city center. I would say that that person needs more exercise; it wasn't that steep a hill. The staff was friendly and mostly bi-lingual. Breakfast was good, except they were skimpy with the croissants. They did cook you eggs and bacon upon request. The hotel has a small parking lot on the opposite side of a small street and there seemed to be streetside parking available nearby.

The area was noisy at night, with cars racing up and down a small side street and young people talking loudly. I think most of it was the acoustics.

The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable.

It was difficult to find; limited services.

L'acceuil et les renseignements par le personnel de réception, très bien. La propreté partout est présente. Seul bémol, parking centre ville non fermé.

Hôtel un peu loin du centre historique, mais proche de la gare - Ecran plat un peu petit par rapport à la (belle) taille de la chambre
