Freundliche und bemühte Mitarbeiter, sauber Zimmer zur Straße sind laut. Es gibt zu wenig Zimmer mit 2 Betten (hauptsächlich grand lits) |

Only the location, the rest was dire. There was a bar which opened at 7.00 pm but it had no atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was reasonably good but served in a dreary room on the first floor. The staff were helpful. Yes. The rooms were dreadful. We were first given a room (#257, I think) which was tiny, internal and very dark. There were 2 bedside lights and a small desk lamp. One could not read in the room. The bathroom was newly renovated and looked good. We asked for more light and were moved to (I think) #434. This had a window and was better lit, but it was small, poorly decorated and had a terrible bathroom. There was no curtain over the large bathroom window, only a lace curtain. There was a small bath with a handheld shower head whose cord was about 1 metre long. No bath curtain either. You either squeezed into the mall bath, or kneeled in it for a "shower". The toilet was separate at the entrance and the room so small the door could not close |

Very convenient to the station, and our room was a good size; otherwise quite indifferent reception and facility. |

Staff were very helpful - good breakfast - everyone had fun trying to soft boil the breakfast eggs! The bar wasn't very inviting. We arrived by car and the location of the hotel wasn't clear and parking was difficult. Hotel staff arranged space in front of hotel to book in - but main parking is in the underground park € 10 per day. |

Clean non smoking room as requested. Across the street from the train stop - easy to get to. Had TV, blow dryer and room for three to sleep comfortably. They put us in a room that wasn't facing the street which kept the street noise down in the morning. The carpet is very worn as is the room. But - for the price, being clean and how easy it was to get there it was good. |

The hotel is convenient for the station and city centre and the rooms are large. The whole hotel has an air of faded glory about it, with decoration generally in need of attention. I also had to re-hook some of the curtain hooks before I could close the curtains properly. The location means that it is quite noisy during the night |

We used the hotel for board only. rooms were clean and spacious, and we were not disturbed by staff who were generally polite and helpful. Hotel is very conveniently placed for Station and town amenities. Good value for money. Hotel looks a little run down from outside |

Very conveniently situated for the railway station and quite close to the centre of Tours. Perhaps a little expensive for the quality of hotel. |

fantastic location and only 8 minutes walk to old historic Tours Rate was good however we were first offered a room which was far too small and very grotty but was later given a nice large airy and bright room so all was well in the end. |
