very good location for the Loire castles viewing/ nice friendly staff, clean and specious room for the money paid WIFI! - was not available - weak signal ,,,it's overall problem in France - internet is not very developed in provinces. but this is the only problem we had:) |

Because of the very busy traffic it is impossible to stop your car in front of the hotel. The hotel will provide parking in the parking garage, but it is a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. The location is also quite a walk away from the old part of town |

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, excellent breakfast. Our first impression of the hotel was somewhat negative since the entrance hall, stairways, halls and rooms (at least on our floor) had their last renovation a while ago - they looked worn out, walls and ceilings needed fresh paint. At the end of our stay, we could say that the services and cleaniness compensated for the first impression. |

Location is quite central, close to main shopping street. Staff was friendly. Hotel is in urgent need of makeover as interior looks cheap and outdated. Our room was facing the wall so there was no view. Only one elevator for a big hotel is also a problem when there are busloads of tourists arriving. |

location was very central and convenient The bathroom was in a very poor state, shower head broken, tiles cracked or missing. Staff said that the bathrooms were due a refurb, you can say that again! |

The hotel is very well located and the staff is always ready to help with a smile on their faces. The rooms are clean and spaceous.The price is the best part! The hotel is nice and has a beautiful building, which needs a nice reform. The furniture is a little bit old, which reduces the comfort. |

The location was excellent, very central. We had 4 rooms booked & although 1 was slightly smaller & had not been renovated recently altogether we were very impressed. The hotel was excellent value for money. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. |
