location was very central and convenient The bathroom was in a very poor state, shower head broken, tiles cracked or missing. Staff said that the bathrooms were due a refurb, you can say that again! |

The hotel is very well located and the staff is always ready to help with a smile on their faces. The rooms are clean and spaceous.The price is the best part! The hotel is nice and has a beautiful building, which needs a nice reform. The furniture is a little bit old, which reduces the comfort. |

The location was excellent, very central. We had 4 rooms booked & although 1 was slightly smaller & had not been renovated recently altogether we were very impressed. The hotel was excellent value for money. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. |

Right across from the tourist info centre and station but not noisy at night; my room accessed mcdonalds free wifi; staff helpful; was right above the briche bakery so room smelled of yummy brioches; passing parade from window was very interesting Hallways run down; toilet separate from bthroom and outward opening door made for cramped entrance; leaf paper- like in public toilets!! That was a first! |

I loved the thick cosy doonas on the beds - they were great. it was also in a great location if coming by train, and was within easy walking distance from all the main sites. |

It was extremely convenient to rail and bus transportation; it was convenient to tourist sites. Hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. Some rooms can get noise from street; the hotel staff moved us to a quieter room. |

It was shocking value for money. The room was in a poor state, the mattress had lost its springs and we were kept up by children running around until late at night in the room above us. For almost €100/night I would expect better and at least a breakfast. I have stayed in two star hotels that have been cleaner and had better beds. This was not a three star hotel - not even one star in my opinion. |

The location Service was poor to say the least,no smiles,ever. The staff refused to help us make a reservation for dinner.I Had a restaurant name and they would not help us even though my french is very limited.I Feel if they are calling themselves a 3 star hotel, they should have this service available. No wash cloths/shower caps in the bathrooms. Rooms were shabby |
