The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff even though their English, and our French, was not very good! It was nice to have humorous exchanges! The proximity to the golf course was superb with a beautiful environment. The room accommodaiton needs refurbishing as it is faded and worn in places. The concierge facilities need enhancing, for example more help with hire cars, information about the area and a willingness to use the office computer to look things up on the internet such as bus times, opening hours of museums etc. It would help to have more signs around the hotel and the golf course in English and German. |

The hotel room was very basic, but the restaurant was excellent and the staff was great. Also, we appreciated the setting and the quiet for sleeping. We were well located for going into Poitiers for sightseeing without being right downtown. There was free parling for our rental car. It was a money-saving stop for us. The cob web in our room and the only soap provided was in a dispenser on the wall farthest away from the shower. Fortunately we had brought soap from another hotel. Also, there was no hair dryer. |

Easy access to major routes and Limoges city centre. Pleasant surroundings overlooking golf course, made a good base for exploring Limousin region. With the exception of one staff member on reception the staff were not very friendly and seemed indifferent to our needs. Rooms could also have been cleaner. |

Un personnel très disponible et courtois. Le resto et le cadre sont d'un bon rapport qualité prix. ne pas être près de la porte de secours qui sert également d'entrée de nuit...............le bruit de la porte et du dispositif d'ouverture indisposent complètement ! |

De Rust - de vriendelijkheid van direktie & personeel. De keuken is kwalitatief goed met een rijke keuze aan diverse menu's en schotels met bijpassende wijnen. Ook hier was de prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding OK . Wij zullen op onze weg naar het zuiden zeker nog naar dit hotel terugkeren. ( Wij deze dit reeds bij de terugkeer naar B. na het verlof. ) Een ijskastje, hoe klein ook, is in deze tijd van het jaar geen overbodige luxe ( bij 36 ° Cel. ! ) Met dit kleine accesoir zou het hotel voor mij een 3de * mogen hebben. |

Het hotel is mooi gelegen in het groen. Vooral het uitzicht vanuit het restaurant en het terras op de golf is aangenaam en biedt een mooi vergezicht. Het feit dat alles gelijksvloers is geeft ook een ruimtelijk gevoel. De bedden zijn te smal. Zeker voor grote personen. |
