They tried to charge me twice for the room when checking out. I requested at least one English speaking staff member - there were none. Wifi did not work though it was advertised as being free.

Everything.it is a throw back to the fifties.bathroom was awful.very basic. It seemed the owner drove top of the range 4x4 but expects his guests to put up with basic facilities we only stayed one night instead of the booked three

The food in the restaurant was excellant and very good value Very rigid rules of can and can't do, staff very unflexible approach, for example after finishing a meal at 21.50 asked if we could order another drink and told that they were closed. Although food in the restaurant was exceptional, service very slow. After returning at close to 12, hotel front door was closed and we had to ring the bell, very unfriendly welcome although we wern't told that the front door would be closed at specific time and would have been quite happy to take a key with us. All in all we felt as though we were staying in someones house and not as paying guests. After 20 years expeience of working in the travel industry this is the first time that I have ever given such negative feedback.

The room was excellent value for money. Very comfortable bed and good en suite facilities. Checking in and checking out. I arrived at 5.30pm to check in and it was at least 5 minutes before anyone answered the bell. When I returned at 9pm, another staff member who did not understand that I had already checked in, got very confused by me trying to explain in french that I had checked in earlier. When I went to check out at 7.30am, as I needed to leave at that time, a staff member came downstairs in a dressing gown, concerned as to why I had rung the bell. I explained that I needed to leave. I was told that my stay had cost 38euros, despite being quoted 33. as I was in a hurry I agreed to pay that. I was then informed it would take a few minutes to get some change - I only had 40 euros. I had to leave, so I said, do not worry. I checked in at 5.30pm and checked out at 7.30am as these were the times quoted on my booking.

Un accueil de qualité, des gens charmants, dans le cadre d'un village superbe et animé l'été. Les prestations sont trés bonnes compte tenu du prix : literie et sanitaires de qualité, propreté,calme. Et de plus, une bonne table !

Très bon accueil, propreté de l'établissement et de la chambre. Restaurant : très bien, prix abordables. Convient pour un séjour de courte durée à un prix très raisonnable. La vétusté de la chambre et des sanitaires. Insonorisation plus qu'insuffisante (tous les bruits de la chambre voisine résonnent) : pas des occupants, discussions, réveil-matin, ainsi que les bruits de la cuisine au dessous de la chambre.
