The centered place of hotel, interesting design, the beautiful view from the balcony, the services on good level... We did have a problems with parking - our car was higher than the ceiling in parking place near the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms and towels was not so good, the channels on TV were just in France, the toilets are very small. |

Recently and nicely renovated, but rooms are extremely small. In addition, lights and telephone didn't work properly. Staff was very friendly. |

Great location, close to the city centre. The beds were very comfortable. I had little interaction with the staff but when I did they were friendly, even though I did not speak much French. Our room was very small. I thought the photos on the website looked nicer than the actual rooms. The bathroom was small, however a consolation to that would be the shower was very spacious (especially for a European shower!) |

This hotel is located in the city center and it is very easy to go anywhere without the car. there is no parking, and the rooms at the 4th floor are noisy in the morning because of the breakfast room located at the same floor. |

Its location, athmospere, design, breakfast. I checked in on Sunday evening and the room was quite cold during the night. |

Very central location and easily accessible by tramway. I was participating at an even held at the Strasbourg International Fair and line 2 of the metro was almost door to door... There was no desk for working in my room... and for a person that is 185cm and 100kgs, the shower was just enough to stand but I could neither turn around or move :) There was also no internet connection in the room which is the umbilical cord for someone on business travel |

Internet was available, but not wireless. Breakfast was good. Room was small. The room was 15 cm wider as the small bed. T go to the bathroom, i had to vlimb over the bed. Bathroom was small. Toilet was pushed between sink and shower. Price is cheap, but regarding recieved quality you can find beter hotels in Strasbourg. |

Buffet breakfast was good and the room had character. The position was excellent for the old town. The bathroom was tiny - impossible to sit on the loo and close the door |

L'hôtel est charmant et très bien tenu. Le concept de chambres thématiques toutes différentes est intéressant. La chambre familiale est tout à fait appropriée. Un hôtel très bien situé, en pleine coeur de la ville, à quelques minutes de marche des lieux d'intérêt (vieux Strasbourg, cathédrale, petite France) mais aussi parfait pour les attractions plus modernes! Enfin, le déjeuner est vraiment excellent! |

Les couleurs de la chambre,bien qu'elle soit très petite, l'atmosphère était très agréable. Très bonne situation géographique en centre ville, bien placé, parking à proximité. A 16 h pas d'eau chaude au robinet. A 8 h 30 eau froide pour la douche : très désagréable. Nos enfants recherchent un hôtel à Strasbourg pour septembre, nous n'osons pas leur recommander... Bruit du tramway quand la fenêtre est ouverte |
