Really fantastic location in the centre of Strasbourg, staff very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here again but over the colder months.

Only issue here was lack of air conditioning. It was very humid during my stay, a fan was provided in the room but it was too loud to keep on during the night. So it was either too hot and uncomfortable to sleep or too noisy.

Nice, clean room in the middel of the towncentre.

Very noisy at night. Till 3.00 AM they were working at front of the hotel (tramrail). At 7.00 AM you hear the first tram driving in the street. Lift was out of order. Stairs are difficult.

The location was excellent, walking distance from train station, cathedral, and Petite France. Spacious, clean, modern rooms. Comfy bed.

Construction outside on tram tracks till 1:30 AM. Elevator was out of order during our stay and stairs can be difficult for our older travelers.

Very easy access to main sightseeing places.

One of the bed was very uncomfortable and too short if you are more than 170 cm high.

The hotel's location and beautiful KLEBER Square Central overwhelming. This small building on the square veteran. The hotel is not fancy but the rooms are nice and clean. Free internet and works well. Close to all the sites recommended Old Strasbourg. Walking distance of about 15-20 minutes from the Great Synagogue and the Jewish area.

Square position at the expense of parking. No parking really close but within walking distance is not long for the elevator descends beneath the square. Recommend asking for rooms facing the square and the outside facing the busy tram station.

Very well situated in the heart of the city, just 10 minutes from the Cathederal and most museums (+ restaurants) and, in the opposite direction the Petite France area. Staff could not be more helpful. Both Gallerie Lafyette and Monoprix in the sqare.

Settee in our room was almost impossible to sit on without sliding off 1.

The hotel is located in a central place in Strasbourg close to the Cathedral, petite France, and the central railway station.

    The room was too small.

Great position right on Place Kleber. We had 3 rooms and all were decked out differently and tastefully. Nice view from some rooms.

The room that slept 4 people seemed to be the smallest. Also the bathroom was smallest as well and needed updating compared with the other 2 bathrooms. No parking and cannot even pull up in front to offload luggage.

Great location in the middle of the city, with everything within reach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Was in a tiny, cramped room on the top floor, and the bathroom stall was tiny, as was the sink. Really not ideal; hopefully it was just bad luck and the other rooms are of better quality and comfort.

We had the only room in the hotel with a balcony overlooking Place Kleber. It was wonderful. Nice comfy bed.

A bit noisy at night ... but worth it for the location. They provide a fan which helps block noise.

1)Convenience to Place Kleber & short walking distance to many cafes, Cathedrale Notre Dame; 2)Views from windows allowed observations of train, shopping, agricultural festival, World Cup fans; 3)Self-serve breakfast had excellent selections & was delicious; 4) Laure (receptionist) gave suggestions for local sites & kindly helped us with our phone calls; very friendly & professional!

Directions to parking lot could be explained better online. Otherwise, once found it was convenient to hotel & voucher discount appreciated.

Central location, so you can easily reach everything by foot. Clean and comfortable, nice design of the rooms. Elevator for the ones with heavy luggage.

Located in the pedestrian zone, so no parking nearby. The parking we found in the next street is a complete nightmare for someone with big rental non-automatic car. There is a club/restaurant under our window which played loud music until late at night.

The location was excellent; in the city center and very close to the main attractions and within an easy walking distance from the railway station. The room was beautiful, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

During my stay in Strasbourg the weather was very hot and as the hotel does not have air conditioning, my room was very hot.

Great location - 10 minutes from train station and right in the center of town, close to everything. Great rooms, modern, recently renovated. Very good value for money. Will deffinetly stay here again.

    Nothing really.

Great location right in the middle of the city. I loved my room that overlooked Place Kleber. I will 100% stay here again if I ever go back to Strasbourg.

Bathroom could have used some minor upgrades, but nothing bad enough to deter me from staying again.

Centrally located. You'll always be able to find a cup of coffee, a book in English. Sits on a square so on sunny days you can sit out and have an aperitif. Reasonable and seems reliable if you want to spend very little. Staff speaks English and are professional.

This place is tiny! I couldn't actually be in the bathroom and close the door.
