Hotel was in excellent location for bus from Annecy and for boat across to Switzerland. Fronts onto lake and in middle of the town. Staff very polite and helpful. Room very comfortable. |

Nice view on the lake. There was the matter of view on the lake (our room had a bit of a view from the side) but it was quickly solved with a front room. It wasn't busy in the hotel and the room did not smell very nice. The doors were painted in a weird colour, all together not what we expected. |

A nice location with a balcony overlooking the lake. Good breakfast. The room itself was comfortable and adequately appointed. The internet connection worked. On arrival, it is difficult to park for unloading bags. The english speaking staff were very helpful, but some spoke no english at all. The bathroom and toilet are below an acceptable modern standard. |

very comfortable newly decorated in mountain style with veyr pleasant staff an excellent breakfast and an additional staff member called ~Dukie the poodle who was very welcoming indeed |

Hôtel vieillot ; petite chambre sombre, petite salle de bains, tuyau de douche à tenir en même temps que le pommeau pour que l'eau coule; la vue mer si l on se tient sur le balcon en penchant la tête; la réservation d'une chambre double confort vue mer équivaut à une réservation d'une chambre standard.....pas de parking privé |

- Situation centrale en ville - Pas de parking appartenant à l'Hotel( dommage pour un trois étoiles). -Pas de présentation de la chambre, que nous avons du trouver seuls. -Chambre très exigue.-Un seul siège à accoudoir et une chaise. -Une chaise en plastique sur le balcon, sans table comme d'autres chambres, et publicité Internet. -Vue sur le lac à travers les arbres, à notre étage( 1er ), et pas du tout à l'étage supérieur que nous avions vue(trop d'arbres).- Propreté insuffisante: importante poussière sur les meubles et le balcon, en béton brut. - l' accueil est sympathique, mais le service insuffisant pour trois étoiles: notre demande d'une petite table et d'une chaise pour le balcon n'a pas été prise en compte,et l'heure de notre petit -déjeuner a été oublié. |
